The UK Cass report came out with similar results to other countries; no evidence or limited evidence that gender affirming care has any benefit for children or adolescence, no evidence that puberty blockers have any benefit short or long term but strong evidence for severe side effects.
The guidelines for standards of care that were adopted (WPATH 7) were heavily influenced by international orgs and NGOs but had extremely little scientific rigor behind their development.
Majority of children referred to gender affirming care were autistic or had other neurodivergent illnesses such as depression/social anxiety / ADHD.
They also found that children reporting gender dysphoria had virtually no predictive power for whether they had longterm gender in-congruence. After conducting a study of 9000 young people that accessed gender affirming care there was no evidence that children or adolescents that they had any improved outcomes long term. The study had limitations because the Gender Identity Development Services refused to cooperate.
They also found that parents and test subjects were not advised that they would have fertility complications.

They're going to get themselves deleted one way or another.
I heard Brittney Griner speak for the first time on the news yesterday. I looked up at the TV and couldn't believe it when I heard his male voice. Not a female on hormones or a butch woman, just a real man. Then I saw pics of him online without a shirt on playing basketball. LMAO!
Those are male pecs. No flat chested female would go around in public topless like that. There's a lot of videos about this. I was wondering why it was so tall. It's a dude.

russia said swap for the merchant of death or we expose griner as a man to the world. there, now it all makes sense.
Bro, i also heard his voice and thought what the fuck, that's a dude.
Yeah I never heard their voice before, then its like what the fuck.
Was he always just a trick for varsity teams to cheat and win? Britney became the top high school women's basketball player in the US after transferring within one year and the first to be able to dunk in high school.
Britney with the male basket ball team.

I think she might just be a freak of nature, like testicles instead of ovaries and producing too much test.
If she isn't a he, her physical development exceeded that of the male cohort. I think the father was trying to create the next Michael Jordan with performance enhancing drugs.
Her short pudgy father doesn't seem wealthy enough...or genetically blessed.
The common natural is like an ovarian cist or thyroid cist that messes up the hormones.
The ghetto way in the US is if the father has a prescription for testosterone creme. The regular way is using anavar.
The voice, adams apple, height indicates early high androgen load. Its super easy to overshoot with the creme for example and cheap. There have been quite a few cases of fathers trying to create the next sports star, especially as they don't have drug testing until they hit the pros.
If it was natural, Brittney would also have had ankle / tendon / bone issues.
