They song isn't anti-police. That was the story made up to release the censored version.

It has "I am the victim of police brutality, now" in the lyrics. The police swarmed his Neverland estate, tore everything apart searching it. It was his refuge, and he said he didn't feel at home there any more after that.

Even if the theory is that it's supposed to be solely about Jewish Hollywood producers being out to get him instead of general persecution complex, he must have recognized that the police, including black cops ("Black man, black mail / Throw your brother in jail") are the actual blunt end of the process. They didn't send the IDF after him.
