Apart from the obvious length of my posts, do I have a sort of signature writing style? Like, if I were to (and were allowed to) make an alt account, would it be kind of easy to tell it was me?

Examples of things I've noticed I do a lot of:

• Parentheses everywhere (for asides or extra information).
• Occasionally somewhat broken sentence structure, because I go back and edit a sentence without restructuring the rest of it to match.
• Editing nearly every single post I make.
• Taking things people say here a little more seriously than I think a lot of you probably are.
• Seeing a joke and responding as if it weren't a joke, just to express my thoughts on something.

There's also stuff like the way that I add bbcode tags without doing a line break so that the spacing seems better for quote blocks. But that's more about presentation than it is about content.

So: questions:

1. Anything else I didn't mention that you've noticed about how I write? I'm a little curious how others view me.
2. Are my posts readable?
3. Do I manage to explain tech stuff adequately? Or am I like one of those engineering professors that understands what he's talking about and assumes everyone else can follow his thinking pattern? More importantly, am I approachable to ask for explanations?
4. Is there something that really annoys you about me?
5. Is there something you think I should try to do differently? Not saying I'll necessarily change whatever it is you want me to, but I'd still think about it a little.
6. Is there anything you really like about me?

Sorry for the cringey long reflective post in FSZ again. Still no gold star, and that board sounds like the other place I'd be able to ask something like this. :(

Even if your posts are on the longer side in general.

Instead of making a 500-word paragraph.

You break them down into several smaller lines.

Btw your haiku needs some practice.

Admittedly I generally don't read stuff that is longer than 3 sentences these days. But when I do, I guess they are coherent enough if I wanna digest them (as in, I can get the point if I give them some efforts).

I'd have changed my name by now if I could still just message tenboro and get it done. But I have a feeling that maybe won't work anymore now that there's the gold star rule.

Even if tenboro really liked me (...i think I've been directly replied to maybe three times between forums and IRC), making exceptions might be problematic for people that may accuse tenboro of "unfairness." If he does notice me and regularly read my posts, though, then hi, Tenboro.

As for the spacing thing, yeah I do that sometimes. mainly because I know people don't like to read long paragraphs and I think they're more likely to read them when broken down.

Done this multiple times in multiple games.
About 80% sure it's the original reason I chose this name.
Perhaps tellingly, though, my current team in the last one I ran through (Gold version) is mostly Eevee evolutions (Vaporeon, Jolteon, Umbreon, Espeon).
