Actually, there is one faith which I have no problem with whatsoever, the Church of the Subgenius. They have never hurt me, nor anyone else as far as I can tell, and have no desire to rob you of your money. They actually seem like decent human beings with a wonderful sense of humor.

I'd never heard of that one before, so I [www.subgenius.com] googled it. Interesting. Not really my cup of tea, but then, I'm probably seeing political connotations that aren't really there. Nowadays I see tea baggers.. err... tea partiers under every rock. If you think the government is robbing you with taxes, I'll come to your house and show you what it feels like to be robbed. Now, if you think the government wastes shitloads of money on stupid crap... that I'd agree with. NASA, DEA, anti smoking ads, schools, etc.

Why schools? Because the school system is so fucked up these days, kids learn more negative things from their peers than they do facts in class. If we are going to be paying money for schools, make them good or don't fucking bother.

Remember kids, don't be a fool, get the fuck outta school!

Tea parties are what happens when butthurt Republicans get really, really mad about the bunny President, but don't want to admit they're mad over the bunny President. Instead, they scream about taxes being horrible and evil, and communistic, and socialistic, and other words they don't actually understand but have been told to use. They scream and rant, and claim that they are being patriotic just like the rich white landowners that started this country, and demonstrate around tax time. Some even go so far as to not pay their taxes in protest.

In Historical terms, it's a euphemism, metaphorically analogizing 1773's Boston Tea Party.

Indeed. Originally they were Ron Paul's libertarians, until Fox Noise hi-jacked them and turned it into a conservative (bowel) movement. At one point they were a semi legitimate grass roots movement, now they are corporate sponsored and filled with right wing lunatics who say things like "Big government bad, social security good."
