As adults only 2-8% detransition in studies.
As kids 40-80% detransition by the time they reach late teen or adults.
For me that suggests that hormone therapy or affirmation surgery should be for adults. Also the US is going way more gung-ho on de-dicking than the rest of the world, potentially because there is a million + of profit per kid that transitions.
