The problem is the level of interpretation required, only the main trainer could understand and interpret Koko and very little transcripts and raw video was ever released. Where there was raw video or transcripts, the signs made no sense to anyone else or showed the exact same problems as other prime ape language studies.
Koko couldn't communicate with anyone other than Penny and with her prompting in every recorded video.
Sign language experts also point out that the researchers did not speak sign language and taught sign language as spoken language, however they are learnt differently. As a result there were massive problems with the methodology. When they brought in deaf people that knew ASL that was supposedly taught to the Chimps and Koko they couldn't make rhyme or reason of what the animals were doing but the researchers logged every hand movement as communication for example. The animals also did not understand sign language.
Penny also got sued for forcing other people to show their nipples to Koko. oof.

It's not Biden. His staff is full of ideologues instead of Patriots. So it's probably more of Biden's staff doing what they want when the President is weak or unable to be as vigilant and mobile as he should be. One of the great abilities of the past Presidents was that they would physically go to places such as the Pentagon, CIA, NSA, EPA, and even create corporate CEO and COO meetings in order to get info that isn't filtered by staff. Importantly, at these meetings, the President can say things such as "Let's do this...." It doesn't seem that Biden does that which means his staff determines what he gets to see and what orders Biden issues gets re-interpreted by the staff before being given to others to perform.
More like Chinese industrial pollutants. The industries dump their industrial waste instead of treating it. It's why I don't buy fish products processed in China as it can be farmed fish living in the polluted waters.
