There needs to be common sense. I am generally pro abortion but the rights of fathers need to be addressed somehow in the totality of the mix. Currently if a women gets pregnant she can get an abortion but if not, then men are liable financially but have no rights to custody.

They keep saying birthing people in reference to people actively or about to give birth. I've listened to a speech, and they consider "Mother" and "Birthing people" as separate terms. Wouldn't it be easier to say a parent that is giving birth?
Apparently black women are 3 times more likely to die giving birth than whites.

Maybe I should watch that series again. I've haven't watched it for a while since I got angry that I paid for the DVD edition that was a rip of the VHS version I already had. I wouldn't care about $200 dollars now but that was a freaking fortune back then.

They've probably been backed into a corner for court-ordered child welfare payments. When looking for better jobs, the job applications ask if you have court-ordered debt. If you say yes, might as well admit to being a murderer, pedo, and patriotic.
So it is good they are off the hook, but bad for taxpayers paying social welfare costs and many traumatically abandoned usa mothers in turn abandon the child into the foster care system. About half of usa foster care children become homeless at age 18 and may turn to crime such as posting on 4chan or logging into e-H (see twitter FAQ for list of unapproved activities for twitter members in good standing).
