You get 6 power if your account is 3 years old and you do absolutely nothing else that gains mod power. I had it for quite a while before I started actually participating. Base is +1, and +1 each when your account is 120, 240, and 360 days old. Then another +1 at the end of both the second and third years. Meaning +6 total. if you never use HV, you never use the forum, you never upload anything/get awards from toplists, never donate, and don't do a ton of tagging, you're gonna wind up at +6. This is a bold move by the Biden administration, to end the US. I am impressed. Its like they are unhappy that the poors were able to find temporary work during the pandemic.
