I heard it's only 8 or 9% going to the people and the rest is money laundered through foreign interests to line their own pockets. Typical politicians. Same with the war machine, that's looming fast. Where's that Anime Jamal dude? I have to tell him that I was finally able to order some Lysol Disinfectant Spray Neutra Air 2 in 1 and Great Value Lemon Scent Disinfecting Wipes. Woot!

I was about to check out at the Walmart site when I noticed the popup wipes and then saw the spray. I used to use the Equate wipes all the time and was stoked that it was back in stock and still pretty cheap. Thank goodness I got some disinfecting spray, now I can use that on everything instead of wet kitchen spray. It only took about a fucking year.

You get 6 power if your account is 3 years old and you do absolutely nothing else that gains mod power.
I had it for quite a while before I started actually participating.
Base is +1, and +1 each when your account is 120, 240, and 360 days old. Then another +1 at the end of both the second and third years. Meaning +6 total.
if you never use HV, you never use the forum, you never upload anything/get awards from toplists, never donate, and don't do a ton of tagging, you're gonna wind up at +6. Note however that at 6.5 the system starts rounding up to 7 power.

20 here… Guess I need to suddenly become a tagging god or something (currently at +0.59 for it; I guess it only rises when creating new tags and not when voting on low-power ones, and unfortunately I'm not usually fast enough for the low-hanging fruit).

Thought: Sometimes I wish that I could choose to downvote specific comments with less than my full power. Feels like bringing a tank to a pistol fight when i can single-handedly negate the opinions of three +6 users… bu I guess that's a mechanism to enforce power over the ignorant masses and squash petty arguments or something.

Vox and Huffpost just announced massive downsizing of their full time union employees because their salaries are too high, so if they also ban freelancers then they will die.

This is a bold move by the Biden administration, to end the US. I am impressed. Its like they are unhappy that the poors were able to find temporary work during the pandemic.

Democrats: Crush the poors into submission. Burn the small business owners property. Bomb some middle eastern kids. Intern some south American kids. Ban the media.
