It's always been that way for decades. The liberals have always hated facts, data, statistics, examinations, and the demand for successful results for the money spent. If you carefully notice how laws are made, then you will see these people also have a habit of creating laws to oppose the use of facts, data, statistics, examinations, and ignore the demand for successful results.
At city council meetings, the liberals don't use facts, data, or stats unless they are either fake or out of context. And if their opposition uses facts, data, or stats, they get accused of using such things because they are discriminatory. It's a misdirection tactic because that that moment, they will trot out an example of their opposition being discriminatory (the merchant had a black shoplifter arrested or the homeowner association had a black burglar arrested). Because you attacked blacks, therefore all your facts, data, and stats must now be ignored because you are using them to further discrimination. You then claim you are using genuine facts in context whereupon they retort that liberals aren't against facts and stats just as they aren't against guns in the hands of responsible users. Your use of facts to go against the downtrodden is the same as your misuse of a gun to murder innocent people, therefore your use of facts shall be denied to you from now on.
So, that has been the word sophistry technique the liberals now use at city council meetings to stop you from using facts, data, stats in context. It is Super Effective. You still say No Way. So, here is one last lesson about putting yourself in someone else's shoes before saying it is impossible this happens. *wait* *wait* Did you think of why they win with this sophistry tactic? *time is up* The answer is that the city council microphone has a 30 second limit and it is guaranteed impartial because a circuit timer automatically shuts the microphone off at 30 seconds. The liberals use that word sophistry tactic because not only does it cause you to switch from presenting the ideas, but now your time is switched to defending yourself, and it takes longer than 30 seconds just to present the ideas that you aren't racist hitler that should be doxxed and fired from your job by a scared employer who publicly announced they have zero tolerance for employees who exhibit racist attitudes outside of work.
So, it is not always that the Biden administration seems scared shitless. It is that they are always attacking using these tactics. Kamala Harris said last year that they will be purging not only their opposition, but anyone else who simply kept silent and didn't publicly state their support. Kamala Harris doesn't allow fairness in business or government. As an employee, if you don't use your powers to support liberal goals, then you are part of the problem and you should be purged.
The other part of the wild strong attacks might be partially due to fear. They are trying to profiteer, and by vigrously attacking anyone that opposed them, no one will get in their way of profiteering now that they are in power. So, let's have new legislation to stimulate the economy. One for you, two for me. Two for you, three for me. One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me. One for you, five for me.....
