It looks like mainland Chinese bring their attitude with them and impose it even in Australia. Will Australia eventually become part of China? The actual Aussie population is low, and if a lot more Chinese move to Australia, they will have majority vote in some cities. Many university classes are packed with Chinese students who outnumber the Australians. At some point, there could be enough Chinese in Australia who could then make a national referendum vote to have Australia join China. With so many Chinese living and working in Australia, that Chinese shop owner probably felt that he could act as if the shop was in China.

I wonder if the Australian government will once again bow down to China, or will it stand up and defend the Australian law that requires shops to pay their workers who have the lowest level of leverage to force the owner to pay wages.
