Carbs are not the problem cat, it's processed foodstuffs which have more additives then food.

If i buy a cake, i expect flour/milk/eggs/butter/sugar/vanilla, not soystarch/powderedlowfatmilk/fungusproteinenzymedust/palmoil/cornsyrup/stabilizer/emulsifier/coloration#/syntheticvanillaaroma.


When i buy stuff i know what i'm eating, i can tell you its chemical composition and what it does to your body in relation to blood sugar/energy/hormones/electrolytes/satiety(protip : it's potatoes and then bananas).

I do not pay any attention to calories, it doesn't matter unless you're a sedentary fat bastard that eats pizza hut and drinks bottles of coke every day.



I like eating my briny goat cheese or feta, olives and dates/prunes, walnuts and peanut(butter), eggs and meat, avocados and tomatoes.
I also eat a lot of salt and i still shake my head at people who say sodium is bad.
I'm not concerned with oils/saturated fat/cholesterol either, your gall bladder keeps your body regulated(as long as you don't chug a cup a day, although some purge/cleanse/medicinal recipes call for a week of such) and the excess is released in your stool.

I don't have allergies either so i'm blessed.


Here are some other things i didn't like but learned to enjoy :

offal(i only ate liver but i learned how to prepare the other organ meats so the texture doesn't turn you off too much)
brocolli and cauliflower(love both of them steamed/boiled with salt and lemon juice or cauliflower fritters)
animal fat/grease/tallow(with boiled meat i always left the white blubber or the hardened collagen but now i understand it all and eat it)
blood(i learned how to drink the essence of life while lifting, it's better than whey)
blood pudding/sausage(this felt like heresy when i was a child until i learned how it's made with sanitizing the blood and adding oat cereals or other stuff to make a very rich and hearty meal)
clams, oysters and mussels(i did not like the gloopy texture turning harder and chewier after cooking nor the smell but learned to enjoy it)

There are only 2 things that i dislike eating, brussels sprouts and cow stomach(usually in a stew, i can't handle the stench of grass that reminds me of a field of cows).





This was a fun post, reminder that only leftypols think of race and drumpf all the time.

You are not wrong, but the average level of carbs per days is crazy high compared to 30-40 years ago. High fructose corn syrup is the devil, its horrific for our health but its more shelf stable and cheap in the US. It tastes like shit compared to cane syrup derived sugar.

Soy and GMO Soy should theoretically be okay but the levels of estrogen in heavily processed foods is ridiculous. Some of the fake meat things like the rebel whopper have enough estrogen to possible affect female fertility, god knows what it would to do men. I ironically targeted at the soy left and makes them more deranged. How to fuck with people's hormones 101.

I like the Keto died because i can eat butter and have perfect cholesterol. The only reason salt is bad is if you only eat heavily processed food that has all sorts of shit along with too much salt.

That looks pretty healthy. The only thing I am not super big on is blood. I probably don't eat enough liver.

Drinking blood is best when it's warm and fresh, that sounds dangerous and icky but it's already filtered through the animal's kidneys and so most harmful bacteria is destroyed, any left over die in your stomach acid and the rest is neutralized by antibodies in your body.

I only tried it once from a yak as it got blood-lett before slaughter.
It wasn't bad, like a lukewarm slightly salty milk with an iron & sweet aftertaste 6/10.


Stored blood was mostly pig/cow though and not as tasty but was mostly to add into proteinshakes for the nutrients boost.


I occasionally eat raw minced beef with salt & lemon juice or order a steak tartar at a restaurant, sushi is meh unless its high quality.
Not a fan of raw eggs, i think it's a salmonella hazard and less nutritious if the eggwhites aren't solid from cooking it.
I enjoy pickled/brined/candied things.
I love preserving foodstuffs but i've never actually dehydrated stuff and would like to try it out with banana chips or apple slices so i can put them into my bowls of oatmeal+muesli.
I drink different kinds of tea(my favorite is mint or some strong flavorful ones but i can pick a medicinal one like chamomile if i need to) cos i'm a lady and not a basic bitch coffee Karen with neurosis.
I also sometimes thought of sexually training wolfgirl if she was fit.

With native animals here you can not do that due to risk of parasites 50% of the year.

What I can't stand are people whose tastes are so plain they go eewww at everything. People who brag about being able to eat spicy food annoy me but people who can barely stand anything that has even a little spice are also annoying, they are like people who always complain that it's too cold.

I've eaten raw pork salad before. Lamb brains, raw chicken sashimi in an izakaya. I've eaten deep fried insects covered in msg laden sauce too.
