Edit: Let me make it clear, you may believe or not believe in a God or higher power, but why is it people think it's so strange I don't believe in evolution as well? There are religious people who believe in evolution but nobody attacks them.

Morale is a word in english as well. Je suis d'accord. Ce n'est pas bon pour la morale. (I love getting to use French; haven't been there in years and my brother would always upstage me when I went because he lived there for a few months and I was always the less reliable translator in my family's eyes. I never actually was wrong, but they'd always turn to my brother for confirmation.)

Maybe, a lot of analysts are bit worried that all the rail links do not make economic sense but would be useful if you needed to move lots of people. With the New Eurasian Land Bridge without the subsidies it is far more expensive than sea freight, there are climate control problems for goods and it did not boost imports into China with 10 times the exports leaving China. The debt scheme means China puts up the cash but if the countries can not afford it then it becomes their asset.
In Australia people were freaking out because China owns or controls so much infrastructure already that they can import or export anything into the country without oversight. If the belt and road initiative goes through in its current form they could literally transport a nuke into two thirds of our capital cities.

I just had a huge outburst of senility. I was preparing for my 16:00 snack, yet somehow, I ended up taking out my 12:00 meal of the fridge, take the content out of the box, throw the box, then finally have the end of the outburst (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)
