If people are sucking face and grabbing secondary sexual characteristics in public, then everyone is welcome to be annoyed by them, but a quick kiss or holding hands shouldn't upset people. If for some reason a person is bothered by the sight of couples being happy together, maybe they should stop looking at them. Or even better, stop going out in public.
