Im not gonna lie ,I don't spell are talk in german alot,so yes it is questionable.
I know my german is a little rusty.
But i do know that some of it is better than my english 50/50 shot,give or take.
My bet i have dumbed myself mixing them togather in real life.
To fuck around with people,half of what I say in german and other half in english.
So it comes down to both are questionable.

You noticed the part about "extra effort must be taken to read and understand what's being said," right? A little typo here or there doesn't hurt the conveyance of thoughts much, but enough of them can make reading a sentence more difficult and time-consuming than it should be. The person writing the post obviously understands what they meant no matter what they wrote; it's everyone else they should be thinking about.

I'm trying to understand this woman's, the one who is suing me, logic. According to her, and her lawyer, I caused her to make an illegal pass which led to her being hit by another car.

The upside is that my insurance company is providing me a lawyer because she's attempting to sue them as well.

First I'd need to drain the body, cut off the hands/feet, remove any identifying marks, disfigure the face, and pulverize the teeth. That's just way too much work.....she's not worth it. Besides it appears to be a legal shakedown, in which case my lawyer will politely tell them to "Fuck off." The again.....she is completely delusional....
