Okay, I've just made a 150A 5V/1A 10V transformer, and cables for it. Now what?

That doesn't happen until he builds a robot. Or builds and wears and LCD nametag that can play chiptunes.

I mostly mess around with things like high voltage, and capacitor banks. A hell of a lot more dangerous than a robot, but visually impressive. Who cares about a robot, when you can make pieces of pencil lead and wire explode in a blinding flash of light.

Its my "EH Forums" face. QUOTE(Marvin666 @ Apr 10 2010, 13:45) I mostly mess around with things like high voltage, and capacitor banks. That's impressive in the way fire is -- simple. I'm the "let's do crazy shit with SCIENCE!" type. One time, I was dicking around with my robot chassis and jury-rigged a tazer with some of those giant high-powered capacitors onto the claw arm. Since everyone in the lab was used to the sound of motors and stuff, they don't pay any mind if they hear a robot rolling around behind them. The robot team always asked me for consults, but they never let me on it because I was always doing shit like that.

I've also done some logic stuff, like a binary full adder made of relays.

QUOTE(Anto of the Sand @ Apr 9 2010, 18:11) I shall asume I am the stupid. And I seem to get along very well with foreignors, so yes, Doxy, you are welcome into my bed any time. I realise this may never come up, but should you find yourself my way, well, you know. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) With that spelling and grammar, there's nothing to assume about it.

Oh Really? BTW, you just spelled grammar wrong QUOTE(Anto of the Sand @ Apr 9 2010, 18:11) I shall asume assume I am the stupid one. I realise realize this may never come up, but should you find yourself my way, well, you know. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) I didn't correct your punctuation, because for you, not having a comma in the middle of a fucking word is an improvement. Looking it up... I realize that the English spelling of the word is "realise", and since he lives in Ireland, I'll give him that one.

Fuckin' Yanks, don't know fuck all! I've noticed my spelling being "corrected" the same way many times before here. And the "one" you added in wasn't necessary.
