Old story. "For our freedom and yours", a motto of Polish freedom movement 200 years ago, when Poland didn't exist, and most of its land was under control of czarism. Was supposed to tell Russian freedom fighters that it's in the interest of both to fight against czarism. But it was just another typical example of some group calling themselves something.
