QUOTE(Rob Itagaki @ Mar 4 2011, 09:19) I actually found out that the gals from the bitch-up rad and myself worked on actually have their own mango and anniemay series. Perhaps I'll see if Kei and Yuri are as half as funny as we made them to be in Boner Village.
...you've never heard of Dirty Pair?

Dirty Pair is a classic. Of sorts. It's at least old enough to be a classic. I think.
...Is it a classic? .-. I know I've heard of it, back when I was first getting introduced to Animu, and I'd seen it mentioned many a time back then, so I just kind of figured...

It's a classic in the same way Charlie's Angels is a classic.

I liked it. I think it's still best of anime in its original setting (light comedy, 2 female agents, lots of firearms and explosions, science-fiction future universe).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdFy8oLmnEoMan, that Thom Yorke dude has all the moves. Ed: Oh, he's already a [ dancingthom.tumblr.com] meme? Interesting. This post has been edited by flint: Mar 5 2011, 20:21

Hah, I'm not sure what to make of this. Radiohead is one of the few bands I really enjoy and (somewhat) attempt to follow. I haven't watched this yet, but I highly doubt that whatever Yorke does in it surpasses some of the other weird stuff he's done in the past.

I think it's not as great as the fishbubble thing in 'no surprises'. That was brilliant.

No Surprises is probably my favorite music video, period. Now that I've watched that Lotus Flower video, I can see the memetics of it. Definitely not his weirdest video appearance, though; if anything, that seemed like the Yorke I'm familiar with when he performs outside of a studio. He gets really into it.

A man with a radio for a face would be a monstrosity that not even a mother could particularly care for.

Yeah, all the moves of a mime with Asperger Syndrome going a full body dry heave. QUOTE(radixius @ Mar 5 2011, 18:32) I don't really care for Radiosface.

As an American-type person, I can honestly say that story does not interest me in the least.
Also, American news media is a poor insight to those who are unfamiliar with of the likes of most average Americans.
Also, also, why would you read a news article from Yahoo! News, let alone something called The Daily Beast?

I kind of want to make a Tom Clancy parody antidoujin involving secret angents called "The Fun of All Beers."
