It might be spite, but I can't imagine what would be gained from downvoting tags on galleries. More likely is the possibility that one or more taggers are idiots who vote on tags before they know what they mean.

I think that's a terrible rule, because any unreasonable argument can be used to question if it's validly lolicon. I think toddlercon is a different fetish from lolicon and therefore shouldn't be marked as lolicon. There, I questioned it, but it doesn't change a thing, does it? I just disproved that standard.
