Have you reset your ability tree since 4.1? Never know that might fix it.

Yeah I reset it right after 4.1

Well, I can't for the life of me figure out why my absorb is 32 and yours is 35. I know mine was 24 before I reset after 4.1.

Tenb, what % of our base mp is absorb supposed to be?

well something is screwy since my weaken is more then silence when everyone else has it the other way, and Marcho's absorb being 32 mana when it should be like 20ish.

Yeeah, I know what's wrong.. when I changed the spells around to make them group for the spell books, they started getting the magic tier grouping cost bonuses intended for offensive magic off eachother. So points in Blind would reduce the cost for Weaken. Should be fixed now.

Can we revisit why 1h-s sucks, how most of the time the difference between 30 parry and 30 block is only effectively ~5% magic avoid, and how the proc chance is epic fail in addition to being not very useful in the first place? The numeric details are in the 1h-s main post.

Something melee should get boosted out of this lol.

Also maybe reduce depr and supr spell costs by 25%? :3

This was the mages update.
Next will be the dual wielder / light armor update (i hope)
And with little luck, the power armor update will come after that.

Also what makes 1h good is the fact you don't die because you have a shield.

Plate + shield + barrier + shield (spell) = you survive.

Yeah, between the battle regen, the new crit chance bonuses, spike shields, heartseeker, the fact that weapons will always drop with a proc, various increased drop rates, and the item world for item upgrades, there's nothing here for non-mages. Move along.

MP costs were never increased. They were bugged. The apparent reduction wasn't in the patch notes, which is pretty damn indicative that it wasn't intended.

Of course, very few people can actually be arsed to tell me if they see a bug they can take advantage of. Which doesn't buy any favors from me.

Nothing to write home about (though I do love the new doubled natural regen rates for HP/MP), new weapons only, I'd jump on a physical version faster than something really fast, a long ways away, this one's okay, this one too, good for EXP/item farming but really mostly laying down the foundation for awesome in my opinion. These aren't the droids we're looking for. *moves along*

I'm quite happy with the new drop rate. Equipment has been kinda sucky both in rate and quality lately, but I'll chalk that up to rng. I'm a bit disappointed that at round 115 of IW on hard the equipment drop I'm getting is average. That implies a less than hard quality bonus, or that my luck simply sucks massive king-kong size balls.

We don't always know that something is a bug (like the mp cost thingy, though we covered two pages of this thread talking about it lol). I don't think there was a token bug given someone tried and couldn't send me a token the other day (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) And you realized the credit bug from the 4.0 release faster than I did ;_;
