No because of how the exp hath perk interact with Adept Learner. Cybernetic Implants is effectively levels 376-400 of Adept Learner, with the whole exp hath perk series effectively being levels 301-400.

But Adept Learner 1-100 do have the same effect as Assimilator 1-10 on raw prof exp.
If you keep Adept Learner at 0 then Thinking Cap+Mentats+Learning Chip+Cybernetic Implants would have the same effect as Assimilator 1-10 on raw prof exp.

Just to state, I have Adept Learner 300, Assimilator 3, and I have no "EXP" Hath Perk.

I asked because the cost to get these 4 Hath Perks (2500 Hath) is higher than Assimilator 3 to 10 (~ 4 m).

So, This means you does not play as frequently as other players.
By other players i mean players who does hellfests (Doing grindfest at hell level, it you don't know) like it's nothing.
They are the real players.(I think)

1) Is it has any benefit for 1H/Heavy on PFUDOR to induse his weapon before entering arena? I have this rapier and lately I tried to infuse it with light/darkness to get an extra damage-bonus, but it seems difference is not that much. What thought, you guys (and girls) have?
2) Should or should not 1H/Heavy use Haste and ShadowVeil as buffs? Because he has counterattack proc(or what name for this element of the game?), 1H/Heavy is supposed to be hit i, and Haste/ShadowVeil kinda nerfing that... Am I right, or missed something?

Yeah, the difference is not that much, but it is a difference at all. You could optimize the effect with using the element of that day. Yes, every day has now a buffed element. Scremaz has somewhere a list what day buffs what element so it could even be allready in the wiki, but i am not sure and atm a bit lazy.

IMO Haste yes, Veil no.

your rapier is a Shocking, so avoid Lightning infusions - they are a waste. as for the third strike, yes. it's a plus and relatively cheap.

haste so-so - let's say when you're more concerned about finishing the quest rather than finishing it quickly.

Scremaz did use his mod witch power to gather the data to see which day buffs what element.
