Turns out there was just an RE countdown timer that also got CTRL + C'd. Working like a charm now.

It seems I'm too poor to upgrade Leg cloth equip. high-grade cloths are not cheap...

So, I'm thinking of switching to mage and giving in to the META so I can actually do PFUDORfests without spending my entire day doing them.

Some questions about maging.

1. I've watched this holy mage video, and the player uses bubble-gum and flower vase from the start.

Is it really necessary to do that for PFUDORfests as a mage?

2. On the same video issue, whenever a gem comes up, the buffs are expiring or a potion/elixir needs to be used, they seem to be autocast with just hovering.

Is that just an impression, where the script actually stops so you can cast the buffs with numpad or something, or does it really auto use consumables while you just hover the monsters?

3. If my goal is to just reach round 400~500 in PFUDORfests and then flee, which kind of mage would be the best for me?

4. Why do elemental mages need to play with imperil?

I can undestand monsters have an overall higher resistance to elements than for holy and dark according to this chart, but for monsters with maxed resistances, the difference would mostly be between 75 overall for elec and 62.5 for holy for example, so if an elemental mage has enough proficiency modifier, isn't it possible to ditch imperil, or does the loss of EDB affect spells too much?

I'm quite lazy, so I would like to keep the 1H gameplay where I hover over monsters and they die, so using the numpad to imperil monsters and potentially creating an automated movement where I click 2, 5 and 8 whenever my hand gets close to the numbers doesn't seem that nice to me.

Mage don't need him and vase. Just for showing off on the video I think. I use it only in last 200 rounds sometimes and then only one of those.

Cracking cast can be tweaked to stop or not. What you prefer.

Imperil: difference between one hit kill or 5 rounds with incoming damage. Big difference.

why does in the video the magic prof is capped? I thought they can be past 500.

Normal proficiency is capped at 500, but the effective proficiency is down in the Statistics, 992 Divine in the case of the video

For PF-fest where the monsters are numerous, tough, and do tons of damage, yeah. But what about in Hellfest, or on arenas? I'm doubting vase/gum are essential, but you tell me.

I was wondering why the value of trophies went up; for example, a couple users are offering 1,950c for schoolgirl trophies when I remember it being 1,250 when I took a break from HV a while back.

Is it just a simple supply/demand thing; are more players picking up Follower of Snowflake?

He was speaking about PF-Fest.
Hellfest if you are leveled enough (450+) should be doable with no bubble/vase no scrolls.
Possibly even ninfest as long as you have good equip/a lot of charged (never tried but should not be impossible).
IWBTH I'd say only with scrolls, PF-Fest it's pretty challenging for sure.

Arenas are super-easy even @PFUDOR, much easier than hellfest.
Problem with fest is that holy/dark cast time is like eternity (and if you don't use imperil you need at least 3 rounds to start killing some of the mobs @IWBTH/PFUDOR) and with the damage bonus in later fests round it's easy to get raped by the incoming damage.

It adds an extra strike and converts the damage type of the weapon to Void. If the current weapon damage type isn't Void (Ethereal), that'll probably result in a significant damage boost of the main strike, maybe by 20% or 25%. The extra strike damage is only a small fraction of the full weapon damage, overall it's probably also 20% or 25% more damage, or something like that.

IW10 is a huge upgrade for a non-ethereal weapon, and a pretty big upgrade even for an ethereal weapon.
