Two more questions for the experts:

1. Is the damage of OFC fixed or does it depend on my character stats/weapon/something?

2. Can schoolgirls(red monsters) or gods(purple monsters) appear in random item world, grindfest and even random encounters rounds?

I sometimes find White Bunneh, Manbearpig and such on my IW runs, but I was wondering if I can find the other more powerfull monsters randomly outside the Arena and RoB.

Damage is based on ADB, with the chance of crits, just like ordinary physical attacks.

there is any guide out there to a simple mage?
i play a 1h+shield // 2hand with heavy armor all my 250 lvls, and want to switch to mage but dont know anything about it.

also i see that with hi latency, mage is in general more fast clearer than 1h/2h, is that true?

Think of it like this. Mages do splash damage, so if you target a single mob, you hit multiple ones at the same time. More DPS=Faster clear. However, in order for mages to clear as fast as you see them clear, you need multiple peerless/legendary or highly upgraded and specialised armors that would either take a long time to grind out yourself, or need a whole bunch of credits to purchase, be it from an auction or a shop. Thus, even though with high latency mages clear faster than melee, the cheaper choice is still melee, until you get enough credits to buy all the gear you need to optimize your mage to the max. Use https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Advice for a general introduction to mage. You may also want to look at matching prefixes for your staffs so as to maximise damage output. Also, I guess get a good robe? Not too sure whether or not radiant (increased magic damage) is better than charged (casting speed) or mystic (increased magic crit damage). Frugal is good if you're low on mana pots, but otherwise, not too necessary if you want a fast clear speed.

I remember reading that I should do RoB FSM on PFUDOR for my 1st attempt. What level do I need to be to achieve this? Do I need maxed out gear( I'm 1h heavy)? Also, can someone give me a lil guide how to approach the fight? I know to kill the healer first, but that's about it.

Also, I missed selling iridium sprinkler/ stocking stuffer. Do people still buy these or should I hold on to them?

I have a question about the golden lottery ticket. It says, Golden Lottery Ticket to add 100 tickets and double your effective ticket count at the time of drawing. This will not increase the effective ticket count past 10% of the total purchased tickets. So does that mean if the total tickets for a given lottery is at 100k and I have 10k of the tickets (10% of the total) if I use the golden ticket it will be useless?

Stocking Stuffers are given out every year, so there isn't a huge demand for it. That said, don't just bazaar it, there might be some people that want to buy one to roll it. Iridium Sprinkler is a collector's item, but seeing as the event just passed, there isn't a huge demand for it. However, one was sold for 80k in a recent auction, so you might want to put it up in Super's Auction next week. PM him to indicate interest.

RoB FSM on PFUDOR, huh... There isn't a healer, I think you're thinking of the Triple Trio and the Tree, which is less profitable overall if you're looking at the drops. The guideline here is that when you face FSM, there are a few schoolgirls as well. Depending on your playstyle, you should focus them down first, while keeping FSM under Sleep or Silence. If you're really weak-ish and your Silence fails, use Weaken on FSM and refresh it whenever it's about to run out. If you've slept or silenced FSM, then leave it and focus down the Schoolgirls. Seeing as you're 1h Heavy, if you have enough damage output, you COULD focus on FSM and let your counter take out the schoolgirls, but it might be a hassle to keep healing off the damage they deal, so just focus down the schoolgirls first. Do you have Imperil? If not, go grind depreciating proficiency till you do. It's not necessary, but it certainly doubles/triples damage output.

So the strategy would be: Imperil Schoolgirls. Keep an eye on the spirit and mana bars of FSM. If FSM is close to near full mana/spirit bar (like a third away from filling up), cast Sleep on FSM. If Sleep fails, cast Silence on FSM. If that fails, cast Weaken on FSM, If all fail, ignore FSM till Sleep or Silence drop off cooldown. If one of them succeeds, focus on the schoolgirls first. Refresh Imperil on Schoolgirls if it's about to expire. After all Schoolgirls are down, focus on FSM. Don't use Sleep anymore, just use Weaken/Silence to prevent huge damage. Keep Imperil up on FSM as you focus it down, since it increases damage output. Since you're 1handed, make sure to use your Chain 3 skill to take it out when it's bleeding and below 25% health. If you don't have Innate Arcana 1 and 2 for Spark of Life and Spirit Shield, get them. If you're poor, remember to refresh all buffs as they expire. Get Reloader from a script thread, since it shows you the HP bar for all mobs, and tells you when buffs and debuffs are about to expire. Keep Spirit Stance up when you hit 170 or more Overcharge, since that increases damage greatly and reduces mana consumption a lot. Use your skills only when you have Spirit Stance up, since damage as well. Remember that all skills have a 10 overcharge fee tacked on as well, so take that into consideration. You need a total of 180 Overcharge for the Shield Bash, Vital Strike and Merciful Blow combo when you're about to take out the FSM.

Hope this helps!

In general it's best to wait for lv 310 to mage because you unlock the Faster Imperil ability then, which reduces Imperil cooldown to 0, so you can consecutively Imperil everything on the field.

Mage is often faster IF you have the sustain to stay alive. You just hit more monsters in one swoop. For high latency the time you spend imperiling everything (see what needs imperiling, cast imperil, wait for result, repeat) is less of a drag with lower t/s .

For switching to mage in general i wrote this thing up a while ago, but should still be relevant for the most part.

Haste > Spark > Spirit Shield > Regen > Protection
If you're feeling squishy debuff monsters with silence and weaken
Cure if needed
Kill everything

FSM does not have a healer, i think you mean TT&T if you're facing a healing abomination.
In this case, same as above, but kill the Tree (Yggdrasil) first, then kill all non-Norns (Urd, Verdandi, Skuld) so everything doesn't get buffed to hell. For 1H the norns usually die from blocks and parries on the way, if not kill them last.

Yes, in this case you get 100 tickets as bonus. If you want to use it, you'd purchase 5k tickets in this case, but you will never get above 10% chance without "wasting" the ticket then (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yeah, Golden Tickets are there just to let you get close to 10% of total tickets. You can use it when you're at 10k out of 100k, but it'll just give you 100 tickets, since you're already at 10%.

@ tg and sim
Great info. Thanks a ton! My bad... I got the two mixed up. Good to know there is no healer in FSM.
I'll level up a bit more to make sure I'm prepared. What depreciating skill should I aim for? Mine is only 31 atm.

Go into an item world of a Crude Equipment or an Average one. Kill all mobs till the final round and leave a single one alive. Make sure to have multiple mana draughts/potions since you'll likely be there a while. Firstly, use Sleep to prevent damage. Then, rotate the lowest mana costed depreciating spells, like Weaken, Slow etc. After you a)run out of mana pots or b ) get tired of staring at the same screen, just kill off the mob normally and check your depreciating proficiency. You're already quite close to unlocking Imperil, so you just need a little bit of grinding to get it. It doesn't have to be done in an item world either, but if you're uber scared of dying in PFUDOR, it's easier to just use a crude or average item world over an Arena or RoB to train depreciating. Imperil is unlocked at... 30? Oh, you have it already. All good then. Remember to upgrade the relevant abilities for Imperil and slot them. That should be it! Also, upgrade relevant abilities for Silence as well. Fuck weaken, that shit isn't good at all > : (

Make sure to enchant your weapon with an infusion of divinity before the fight. They're only ~200c for 15 minutes and having holy strike drastically increases your damage against FSM and schoolgirls. I think you might be underwhelmed by the fight in the first place though.

Is this actually true for a rapier build? I gave it a shot in a pf schoolgirl arena after reading something a few pages ago, but I didn't really see a significant difference in damage between imperiled and non-imperiled once penetrated armor started stacking. I had lv4 better imperil slotted and everything, so idk.

No, Imperil is not useful for a player who is using a rapier. Imperil will help your hits do a bit more damage, but not much; it's easier to just keep attacking like normal.
