if i'm strong enough to get it at this point. i can just progress slowly and enjoy the ride?

say i'm selling it, get stronger, kill stuff shrine stuff to get peerless.
it sounds weird to me somehow.

You're too low level to use it properly.

And if you're not gonna forge it to 100/50 with peerless phases/cottons in the same set like tomorrow, you can always buy a good leg shocking willow in the future for a way cheaper price, and fully use the money now that you can get a star, almost all the useful perks (even damage ones up to a certain point) and a nice 1h set (2 millions at most, plus 2-3m of item world and forge at most), that is optimal in the 250-400 level range (and even after).

only things that can affect spells' durations are (as already hinted by triple p) abilities, channelling and effective prof. if you didn't change any of these, then durations will be the same.

I forgot the channeling buff. It explains why my SOL last 99 turns instead of 66.

he (and all of us before him) is (are) saying that a single outstanding piece can't perform as good as a full set of mid-tier gears. there are math reasons for this: this particular game is made so the gains of said outstanding are lost in between the multiplicative addition.

and previous noodly shrine tests didn't give that big results. as much of an option it may be, personally i suggest you to take the credits. but again, i never had that big of a luck with shrines.

If he is willing to go through a lot of pain and patience staring at the Peerless for 6 months before being able to use it at its full potential, then yes it is worth keeping.

The real question is if he will be playing this game regularly even 6 months from now. If he can't say yes with confidence, then it is much more productive to sell the item and get long term returns from gold star, hath perks etc.

Yes the item is very good and useful - but only if he sticks around in the game.

it's valid only for single gears. to combine the effect of many items you *should* calculate all the single effect and then use this other one: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Character_Stats#Derived_Attributes
last but not the least, you should also consider that offhand's parry is doubled.

Of course you can keep it for yourself,it's almost the best staff in this game,though you may not able to be as strong as we suggest(sell it and buy full set legendary),but it is still great just enjoying this game.And the final purpose for this game is porn,never forget this (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Our suggestions is more for hardcore but not casual.

It's not so hard to get a full set with resistance prefix (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) and he won't worry about budget for a long time if he sold it.

when i scroll my pointer to one of the status, it said base 7.xx something...
what does it means? what is the maximum of the base?
how do you determine whether its good status or bad?
