Yeah, it's possibly the most unreliable place to buy anything. Sure, it might work every once in a while, but don't count on it.

They don't really matter.

Prefix is almost useless, maybe Zircon or Ruby, but with some Holyproof and Fireproof potencies you make up.

Suffix, the only decent ones are probably Dampening and Deflection (Dampening >>> Deflection). Protection is meh since PMi on shields is 3~4%, Stoneskin is quite useless and Warding even though boosts a bit the MMi, it's still useless at higher levels.

Just aim to 38+ Block and decent Primary Attributes.

Protection/Warding for suffix,does force shield have prefix except Resistance?
Prefix and suffix does not affect a lot,just focus on block and pabs.

Is mag rapier of slaughter worth soulbinding to? The stats are quite decent. It will cost me around 1040 soul frags. I asked the equip from a donate section so I may or may not receive it. My current equip is from old patch.

It's not prefixed, so I wouldn't suggest soulbinding. Also, keep in mind that the stats will scale down to your level if you do soulbind.

shrine stuffs from arena 125 and 110 + fsm.
i use item manager script to shrine it in bulk so im not sure which gets me the peerless.

I got 112 chaos tokens from the lottery. How should I go about upgrading my monsters? Should I distribute it evenly among every stat? I have scavenging at 7 right now then 3 brutality and 1 everything else

if it's the best you can manage to find atm... but given the high number of fragments needed, i think it should have at least a prefix, 3 pabs and decent rolls.

Also, keep in mind that the stats will scale down to your level if you do soulbind.
