so i've started playing recently and im wondering how you guys deal with the enemies when they get to about 8 or 9 at a time? currently im using all light armor with a 2h mace and my stats are pretty even'd out except for int.

oh, while you'll level up mobs will indeed become stronger, but your character will become stronger at a quicker pace. you'll see it yourself. but for now, think about what you're currently encountering.

Normal difficulty?
If not, lower difficulty.
If normal then, just flee and redo (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

You can try 1h, but I don't know if it's effective with a lv 50 stats.

afaik at very low levels 2H + Leather should still have the upper hand.

keep all of them even except INT. much more mindless and not so different from an eventual optimum

Heavy (Power) armor will be better later on, roughly when you'll hit lv200-250. for now Leather may not offer you the same firepower but surely it gives you more defense.

i'm pretty sure even Crudes may require HGs at a certain point.

another question is whether i should do 30 rounds of normal? or 9 rounds of nintendo? in grindfest is it worth going as hard as i can or as far as i can?

A few days in I started getting booted back several rounds, for example I was in the middle of round 38 and on the next refresh I'm at the beginning of round 36. What is going on here and how do I avoid it? Do I have to clear a set minimum of rounds per day?

but if you really have such limitations, why not playing SGs at hard difficulty? at least you'll earn 50k worth of trophies and 3 tokens everyday

Hard if you manage to get at least at round 20/25 with the higher difficulty.
If not, it's pretty much the same since the first 10/15 rounds have 3-4 monsters max.

I see. Yeah, I'm going to drop the difficulty eventually, but for now PF really helps grinding up my magic profs.

CTRL+F1, F2 etc etc, F1 being the first slot.

Note that for melee you use infusions outside of combat.
