Peerless price would be very high, even though it's 0.81.

Since it's level unassigned it probably compensates.
(I checked 0.81 vs 0.82 for fun, it's interesting to see that 0.81 is better in some of the most useless stats like attack accuracy or resist but worse in the important ones like prof or int/wis).

I don't think it will be sold for <10m.

I also mentioned this yesterday.
It's 2 noodles on one side versus 1 noodles + dreams on the other side.
I would rather keep my dreams satisfying though (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

After several runs of TT&T, i'm now only going for ITALIAN DIET WIFE!!! Much better.

I know this might be elementary but when it comes to "Archaeologist" training, the only artifact that ever normally drops is Precursor Artifact, right?

Are the damage increasing hath perks cumulative? I.e

If I got all of the below I would have 100% increased damage?

I. which one is better in your opinion Magnificent Jade Cotton Cap of the Heaven-sent or Magnificent Cotton Pants of the Heaven-sent?

Neither are worth your time, just go straight for L grade prof cloth, they can be quite cheap at auctions.

II.
It's not worth it.
Cost efficiency in holy mage 3+2:
Getting a good Staff and forging> Decent L grade 3+2 set (5 forge each) > getting 1.9+ prof from a bit of forge (~30) + prof hath perk > DD (10% dmg hath perk) and lastly forging edb cloth (mainly due to low hath price and high phazon and HGC price, otherwise it's similar)

Above is from my experience in making my set, prof hath perk results vary depending on which difficulty you're spamming on and your current prof.

Wouldn't it be better to raise Quartermaster?

Edit: I mean, versus trying to increase the odds of an artifact, how about increasing the odds of equipment drops? Is that more profitable?

At the end of the day both have their advantages, but archaeologist shows a a little more to me.
On the long run both will repay themselves (as long as you aim for the looooooong run), but keep in mind that artifacts can sell as artifacts for always good income, while quartermaster depends a lot on your luck.
For my personal experience, scavenger + archaeologist is better, but better doesn't make one good and the other bad. Both are good. My vote however will go to something like 5 points in archaeologist first.

Okay. Next question, my Archaeologist level is 3, anyone have an idea of how long it'll take to pay off an upgrade to 5?

I dont remember very accurate, but base is something like 1 arti per 2000 monsters, so this way each level of archaeologist gives something like 1700/2000 = 0,85 credits bonus for each monster. Its roughly 500k monsters if 4+5 cost 826k.

yep. Precursors are the only surviving artifacts. and those related to events, but only for one week/year. either way, even if you put your filthy hands on some old-style ones, they have the very same effect of a Precursor

nope. if you buy aesatther you will only have +30% damage
