In order: Pack rat, refined aura, scavenger, adept learner, LotD.
That's my viewpoint.
Other people should have different opinion, but pack rat is a must.

About the training... I think you need to raise Scavenger and Archaeologist. LotD is low. Pack Rat is a good thing to raise too.

Refined aura would be useful if only I had 4 more aura points, and for that I need a 5-star aura, otherwise I will not be able to level all auras @ lvl190.
Pack rat might be useful, but I never run out of potions, instead I am being oneshotted long before I am about to pop the 8 or the 9 one.
As for the Scavenger/etc... I am getting a lot of trash-drop right now, and the only useful item so far was my rapier. I wonder if I REALLY should invest more into these.

Hm...my viewpoint only:
1. You don't need to get the 4th refined aura now, if you only want that 7% experience. Wait until you AL actually costs more.

2. Your AL almost reached the point which it's cheaper to get white/black perks. Since they are costly, you may need to save credits for a long time, that's why...

3. If you cannot get credits within 3-4 days for training things about loot chance , you should stop leveling that up. It doesn't worth saving your weekly earnings from arenas and equipments to just raise those by 1 level.

4. For those trainings on loot chance, choose the one which costs the least. You may get better equipment because of high LotD, but if you don't get enough drops you will never get good equipments.

Getting refined aura is a good way to get exp multiplier, instead of really filling those auras. It seems you should put credits into AL though.
As for the pack rat problem, it seems your equipment's not good enough, so you may need to get better equipments by aggressive bidding/asking in WTB/searching in equipment thread/whatever way you can find.
Raise your pack rat if you then feel the item space's not enough. I'm just thinking in mage way, since more pack rat=more mana pot=sustain longer.
As for scavenger, please refer to what I suggested above.

There was a time that it make more sense for melee player to don't train and just save money, wait until the high-lv face-melter folks up there (IE:mage) to put a good melee gear (a complete piece of shit to them) up for auctions, then use your saving to bid that thing out...

Now, melee can play at higher difficulty setting without having to be a complete lunatic to do so.. Combined with the fact that mage now don't grind over 9000 rounds per day like they use to be, and they also want to hoard melee gear more now for their own use and amusement. It make sense now for melee to train LoD and Quartermaster more. And of course, Scavenger.
