Hello
I'm soon reaching lv100
Since I'm a mega, do I have any chance to beat those Gods in ROB or I should just wait higher lv? if I need to wait, what is the minimum request for lv/ability/etc in order to fight those gods? I only have 9 item slot and fair equipment, stats pretty like any mega at 100lv.
Oh, and I saw Flying Spaghetti Monster / Real Life got Impervious to darkness, that's mean.. poison is useless for them?
This is just my experience, probably a way neither well-promised nor well-organized.
I took down RL and FSM at lv110. The main differences from lv100 may be one more scroll slot, 3 hp & mp tanks, and level-up bonus of course. Three slots save your mana efficiently at the expense of credits. I will cover this later.
Suggested setting:
Attribute - averagely distribute to End, INT and WIS.
Ability - Poison 5/5, Slow 5/5, Weaken 5/5, Haste 5/5, Bewilder 5/5, Absorb 5/5 (optional, using scroll instead if lv110), Cure, Shield, Barrier, Regen, Cure II. Smite 1/1, Banish 5/5, Soul Reaper 1/1, Soul Harvest 5/5, Searing Radiance 5/5. Lighten all hp tanks, and then mp tanks as much as possible. (Silence? Spark? no need in my case)
Equipment - an avery
Katalox Staff of the Fox, avery Curse-weaver set of cloth facing RL, avery Heaven-sent/Spirit-ward set FSM.
Item Slot: two slots for Flower Vase and Bubble-Gum (spare more if you want a fast kill against FSM) ; put the rest with Godly Mana, better hybrid with Mana Elixir fighting RL.
Scroll Slot: Swiftness, Shielding and Absorption. Absorb spell is fine with FSM. Scroll of Absorption will be consumed in a large amount (at least 10+) if you prefer, more especially in the RL fight. Still it's worthwhile imo.
Infusion Slot:
nothing useful take Infusion of Gaia against RL (optional); Divinity and Darkness are must for FSM.
Aura: Green or Blue 3/5, Indigo 3/5, Violet 3/5
Strategy:
FSM is a piece of cake, provided you have 95+ divine proficiency (equipment included) , 25+ dark mitigation (not very necessary indeed). Simply cast Banish after using Infusion of Divinity + Flower Vase + Bubble-Gum,
and then repeat when the buffs faded. Two of each was used in my case, at the beginning and the last. Of course the more you have the better, but the more costly.
Banish actually did 50kc damage at one hit. It totally took me 75 rounds to finish.
One more important thing, stay alive in the meanwhile: Always keep your hp above 90%; Hasten, Shield, Regen (Absorb against Spirit Attack, before its red bar fully charged) on you versus Weaken, Bewilder, Slow on FSM, etc.
added:
I think one vase & gum set is sufficient. Cum it at the nearly end, since the closer to dead FSM is, the more crazy damage it makes. Let Infusion of Divinity handle the rest.
I'm very not sure whether taking Infusion alone can beat the mob. Maybe you can try this out.RL's case is a marathon, since vase & gum no longer affect Poison any more. Cast Poison when Ether Theft activated to prolong the effect, and then Magic Missile, Magic Missile, Magic Missile, Magic Missile……Magic Missile & Poison deal more or less 400 damage per round so it'll be going to take 800 rounds. Deprecating proficiency (100+) dose a little help if not at all. Vase & gum will help too in spite of its less effect comparing to FSM battle. For Soul Harvest does a better job than Magic Missile (double damage), use it occasionally depending on your current mp.
added:
Give it a shot: Infusion of Gaia + Flower Vase + Bubble-Gum combo with Soul Harvest. Gaia should inflict 25% more damage according to EhWikiQUOTE
Infusion of Gaia "You gain +10% resistance to all elemental attacks. Your attacks do Soul damage with +100% attack damage, and you inflict +25% damage with Soul-based spells."
Save your mana in every way: use Scroll instead of spell, trigger Ether Theft as many times as possible.
IPU, I haven't figured it out yet. The grinding strategy fails to succeed due to its zillions of hp. It seems to be a fight lasting forever without Dark spell. Oh Yes, Poison does deal dark damage, but just forget about it, better quote from Sayo Aisaka' state

I might come back here later, if I have time to get my thoughts organised, but one thing you should note is that although Poison now (allegedly) does Dark damage, the amount of damage isn't actually affected by Dark bonus/resistance. It depends on the monster's base HP, and your Deprecating proficiency.
What really matters is the buffs from vase & gum, which turn out to be useless in this respect.
There ought to be mistakes. Anyway, pls correct me if anything wrong.
Further info, e.g. item, skill, spell, monster, etc.
http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Category:HentaiVerseThen here comes my own silly question: how to kick IPU's ass in 6.0 as a mage?
I mean, is there any way other than leveling up to 150 just for Dark spell? This post has been edited by karururu: Aug 5 2011, 11:02
