I'm a bit of a miser, so I sell low stuff, salvage superior + of everything (keeping those I need and selling back those I don't ^^).

QUOTE(mondere @ Sep 3 2015, 21:32) What's the consensus on WTS vs. Bazaar vs. Salvage?
I've been saving superior + if prefixed, and exquisite + if not for eventual selling. for other stuff, should I Bazaar or Salvage it? Does it depend on grade? does it depend on the mats I'd need for repairing, or do I want all mats to grind forge exp? Low-grade is trash and nearly unsellable in my experience. Only salvage Sup if you need the low-grade yourself. Salvage Exq+ if the material value is greater than the bazaar value. Sometimes it's higher, sometimes it's lower. It'll likely be quite hard for anyone to sell level-assigned equips below Magnificent now that we have level binding.

QUOTE(tetron @ Sep 4 2015, 00:46) After clearing all the Arena today, I had a sudden thought: Is there any point in using ED for power leveling any more (For Me)? Considering my current level? Or is Lv.450's T3 Spell ability that good? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) IMO, it's good if your clearance speed is being limited by T3 cooldown (eg, on low difficulty). QUOTE(nec1986 @ Sep 4 2015, 01:48) Not rly. Its quite low increase. And btw, maybe you know, but mages with leveling getting slightly weaker. Edb/mdb/crit scales lower than hp/defense/resist. So im not even sure could 4turns cd completely compensate that or its not enough.
Hmm, you've said this before but I didn't quite understand. Do you mean that Mage edb/mdb/crit scales slower than monster's hp/mmi/resist? And does that mean that the exponential magic score = mdb * edb * (1 + crit chance * crit dmg) scales slower?

It actually happened to me a few minutes ago. So maybe it could happen again? (I didn't get the double the first time)

Nowadays I play Arena in PFUDOR and Grindfest in Nintendo. Can 1 more turn of reduced T3 cooldown be that good in those?

I've been salvaging unprefixed Mags like Magnificent Phase Pants of Mjolnir but was wondering... Would lower level folks be willing to pay > HG cloth + lots of soul fragments to use unprefixed phase with EDB=Mmax? QUOTE(tetron @ Sep 4 2015, 17:52) Nowadays I play Arena in PFUDOR and Grindfest in Nintendo. Can 1 more turn of reduced T3 cooldown be that good in those?
Well, do you often find while playing that the turn just before the T3 comes off cooldown would be unnecessary if the T3 came off cooldown earlier?

New Mag grade can roll pre-patch lmax edb, so even a non prefix one can be pretty good for lower levels. I had dropped a piece which is now gathering dust: Magnificent Phase Cap of Mjolnir (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) QUOTE(mozilla browser @ Sep 4 2015, 15:37) Well, do you often find while playing that the turn just before the T3 comes off cooldown would be unnecessary if the T3 came off cooldown earlier?
Nah. Don't feel anything like that. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

The speed up will be noticeable on SG and, if your magic score is high enough, Ninfest.

Noticeable? Okay, I'll keep that in mind. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

Exactly. Actually i double checked and that is true only for non-imperil way. Because we always halfs mmi than with imperil we dont let minions to get very big increase with mostly hp/resist. Because arcane buff also gives static crit chance increase, than overall i d say still a bit advantage. But non imperil way suffers. Its not very big and like ~7% reduction from 400 to 500, but thats why i said im not sure reduced cd can completely compensate that. Overall effect from that is very small and specially because we cant use ideal system. If we cast it only as first attack in round than we can see effect only with 1 little range (when we cleared round in 4 turns, so next one we missed T3 and sometimes it can increase turns). So, if I am able to beat REs on IWBTH (Barely) , what level would you say I should be doing Arenas, Item worlds, and Ring of Bloods on?

I would definitely try one lower just to increase my level faster, so Nintendo. But usually, around that level Hell is the most comfortable. You don't want to do arenas on a difficulty where you're not profitable: chugging too many potions and curing 2 or 3 times a round.

arenas: maximum possible level that you can afford without being defeated/burning too many items/losing too much time/whatever else. i guess you may be able to do the first 3/4 at IWTBH, then gradually lowering difficulty till normal for the longest available IW: don't bother with it. or maybe go into crude ones just to earn a few EXP, if you really want to... RoB: normal for the first clear bonus only. really no point in doing them many times - maybe in the future you may want to see all PF in that page as well, but for now...
