just wondering... i read in wiki that the effects of DEX are the following: QUOTE Every point adds 1 to Physical Damage formula Every point adds 1 to the Physical Crit Chance formula Every 25 points raise Attack Accuracy and base Parry Chance by 1% (DW/Niten only) Every 100 points raises Offhand Strike chance by 1%
so it has impact on offhand strike. in DW page though i can read also: QUOTE Offhand Strike proc chance, in order of importance, is calculated from Dual Wielding Proficiency, Agility, and Dexterity. It can be calculated with the following formula: CODE Offhand Strike Chance = 50 + (DEX + AGI) * 0.01 + DW / 20 + Offhand_Accuracy / 2 Proc chance is capped at 75% + half of the offhand weapon's attack accuracy, there is an upper limit of 100%. which should mean that past 75% - however gained - only offhand ACC can raise offhand strike chance. at my level i long passed the 75% threshold, so this should ultimately mean that the only difference between a rapier with 30 DEX and one with 55 DEX will be a bit of ACC/parry/SP, but offhand strike won't be affected, is it correct?

If the rapier in question is your main hand, no it shouldn't. Otherwise it'll be affect by difference in ACC between the two.

I've seen Noodles having 2-4% chance to generate Leg grade equipment. Can anyone tell me what the chances of generating Leg grade equipment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 Trophies are?

According to wiki, bubble gum gives QUOTE Your attacks and spells deal significantly more damage for a short time, will always hit, and will always land critical hits. Also replenishes 20% of base mana and health per turn.
+100% damage Lasts 50 turns
flower vase gives QUOTE Your attack/magic damage, attack/magic hit/crit chance, and evade/resist chance increases significantly for a short time.
+25% damage Lasts 50 turns
So bubble gum is vastly superior than flower vase. Why are they going the same price? bubble gum should be at least 4x more expensive... This post has been edited by holy_demon: Jul 27 2015, 13:44

I dont even know their market price (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Now that their duration was buffed to 50 turns, they're becoming more viable to spam, for the rich folks who want to rush through SG (btw 100% ADB + guaranteed crit + guaranteed hit is A LOT). The current buying price in WTB is already 2k. This post has been edited by holy_demon: Jul 27 2015, 13:51

the duration buff is a gimp, it's clear. You know the riches' mentality.

I'm not shure, but as far as I get from description on wiki - bubble gum increase damage/crit chance/hit chance only for melee while flower wase for melee and mage, things for magician is always more expensive than for melee. Btw. QUOTE Your attacks and spells deal significantly more damage for a short time, will always hit
means that attack can't be evaded/parried?

"Your attacks and spells deal significantly more damage" Bubble gum affects both melee and mage QUOTE means that attack can't be evaded/parried?
apparently so.

wow I missed the guaranteed crit and hit part, thats some significant dmg But still its too expensive (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) So the flower vase is +25% everything? The description is so vague

It still can be parried, & can be evaded by guess. It's applied on <100% acc.

So it affect only at hit chance i.e. nullify the miss chance? QUOTE(tetron @ Jul 27 2015, 12:07) Wiki is incorrect, as usual. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ... Well this make sense. Difference between two: restoring HP/MP vs resist/evade?

QUOTE(Mud attheBaseofLotus @ Jul 27 2015, 17:55) Difference between two: restoring HP/MP vs resist/evade?
MP regen (from the draught, powered by Bubble Gum) was 287 per tick, while my usual mp regen (without the power up) was 17 per tick. Didn't note HP regen and any more of MP regen details, since I was mainly focusing on getting the data of Damage Multiplier. And I don't think it's possible to calculate the Evade/Resist bonus. i never tried. It's been a while since surpassed anti-miss limit. It's conclusion from facts. Just tested, i got parried as expected. It even lost its regen effects. Hard to test the evade with niten shade, anyone please?
