QUOTE(PK678353 @ May 19 2011, 08:42) In which I suggested using this one instead... QUOTE(Vakuen @ May 19 2011, 20:24) I'm ready to go on to ring of blood round 2 and I want to beat these gals with one fell swoop (Konata to Nagato).
My main question is whether I really need scrolls of life/gods and if so, how many?
Is maxed bewilder, weaken enough? (using no other deprecation spells)
If I use infusions, how many do you think I would need?
And finally, do these legendary monsters also get agitated? -Vakuen
There's no way you can survive their spirit attacks except possibly with a lot of specific mitigation gear, which of course won't help you much when it comes to general attack/defence (Well, you might survive Konata, who's much weaker than the other three). You pretty much need scrolls if you want to be 100% sure they won't kill you. How many, I don't know. Someone nearer your level will have to answer that. Same goes for infusions. And everything gets agitated. ^Also, what he said about Poison. Very useful against these enemies.

Yeah second tier of legendaries can 1-shot you with their spirit attacks even with maxed bewilder/weaken unless you've got a ton of health or mitigation. I got slapped for ~2.5x my health by Mikuru without any debuffs on her and before agitation. Spark of Life / scroll equivalent is a must.

Hmm, so I'm currently sitting on 430k credits. Should I continue saving up, buy hath, and get one of the (relatively) pricier hath perks (either white/black aura or the first crystal perk) or should I try to buy some EDB phase?
Problem with my second choice is that not many people are selling any atm so I have zero idea how much they're going to be worth. Not even the old phase are popping up for sale. I guess they're all holding onto their pieces thanks to Tenboro's forewarning about keeping gear. (omg smithing???)
I guess what I'm really asking is, what are you guys expecting to sell a piece of EDB phase for?

It's really costly, but I highly recommend saving for Rainbow Aura. The +50% magic/spirit regen effect is outstanding, especially since Tenb doubled natural Mana regen. The 77% bonus EXP and +2 all to PABs are also really attractive.
If you won't want to spend 500 Hath in one fell swoop, I also highly recommend Innate Arcana. Getting that up to Rank III (350 Hath total) seriously cuts your supportive spell upkeep costs, and takes all the hassle out of re-casting them manually.

Hey, I just got a piece of shield plate and I was wondering if it would ever serve me any practical purpose later on, since I know plate makes you a lot slower.

I have this question for quite some time. Do we have a post explaining how the H@H works? Is it like BT or edonkey?

Shield plate is quite useless in this patch; should probably save it and see if plate gets any better in upcoming patches. Too much interference at the moment, makes your supportive and curative spells useless.

I did get the first Innate arcana perk since it was quite cheap. It's rather useful, I have Shadow Veil on at all times. While I do plan on getting the rest, I think most people generally agree upon getting the aura perks first. Plus if I do save up for a hath perk, I'd want something that helps pay for itself in the long run (hence the auras for exp boost or the crystal perk for more income from crystal sales). And yeah, the rising hath prices are kinda really discouraging too. :/ I'm wondering if EDB phase wouldn't pay off better in the long run, since I'd be able to do longer grindfest runs without the random 1.5k hit deaths when I get to round 150ish.

150th round in grind? Damn, I can only go 20 max without the usage of potion. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

The increase in hath prices means we need more people running/adopting servers! $27 gets you 3 months of 'free' hath. 270 hath is over 1 million credits. This one-time purchase donation will get you enough credits to get tons of goodies! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Also, you can convert the GP earned into 0.1 credits each. QUOTE(PK678353 @ May 19 2011, 23:51) Looks like port forwarding is the only way to go if I ever figure out how. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) BTW, I saw some phase with agility bonus or even dex bonus besides the usual int and wis bonus. Is it usual for phase? I see, thanks for the reply. I would not mind the slightly lower wis and int bonus, since I cannot decide melee or mage after the nerf to mage. Well, too late now. Hello, my question is in a battle, when the battle log says a monster has "resisted your spell", is that "resistance" due to my magic accuracy being too low or is that due to the intrinsic attribute of the monster? so if i was to increase my magic accuracy, would that make my spells less likely to be "resisted"?

I just started playing this two days ago and would like some feedback: I had no idea what "release" meant, and ended up wasting my first aura point on Indigo...

Hello, I don't know much about the HV and i would like to ask: for a dual wield character is better to have heavy or light armor and what weapons should i prefer on my hands? (i prefer slashing types)
and also how can i determind which weapon/armor stats are the best for me?
