Today I learned that the Flying Spaghetti Monster can deal over 9000 void damage on Normal difficulty.
I shouldn't be spamming focus and weaken on him when he's one hit away from death, I've discovered.

Not bad, but your Endurance should be as high as Agility. Those two are your second most important stats after Intelligence and Wisdom. In the future you might want to raise Dexterity too, since more avoidance from Parry is nice, as is higher physical accuracy for getting Ether Tap going. Feel free to keep all but Strength at the same level.

Your Deprecating proficiency is also pretty low. It's not critically important at your level, but later you'll need spells like Silence, Imperil, and MagNet.

I got 3 lvl of juggernaut and...something like 400hp? So each lvl gives 2% base hp?

yes. my base HP is 7085 and gives me a result similar to yours

you just made me thinking that with 20 levels i may raise my health from 16k to 19k. i should really try again...

How many amnesia shards would that take? And after the patch, would you need to redo each time you level up 10 levels? ;-)

well, considering that i own almost only non-elemental prefixed armors (or non-prefixed at all) i'd say a bit... luckily i'm not a fan of juggernaut 5 on everything

I have a PL 278 monster that is out of food and happy pills.

Are they worth pumping full of food, crystals, and happy pills or do they not break even until much higher levels? Pills costs 2k, food 200-400, and a crystal pack will run 65k. I don't remember the last time it has gifted me anything other than junk (mid grade materials, useless bindings). I noticed the FAQ says not to use Happy Pills until PL 400 but crystals seems extremely expensive for the morale return...

I am that level 200 guy above.

How are my stat weightings?

I am keeping STR/DEX/END high(1.1~) , AGI / WIS a bit lower (~.80), and INT half my level.

Currently using 2hand mace and heavy plate, how long could I drag out using a 2handed mace before having to drop money on an etheral rapier, force shield, and power armor of slaughter?

Gearing for the switch to rapier + force shield I should be aiming for these MINIMUM, right?:

- Exq+(?) Ethereal Rapier of Slaughter (3 PAB or at least DEX/STR) - what would the minimum be? 25% proc?
- Power armor of Slaughter (3 PAB) - Am I looking for Slaughter or Protection here?
- Force shield of ??? (???) - All I know is to prioritize high block.

How much would a good rapier starter set on average run me?



How does Rapier + shield mitigate without stuns? Only thing that saves my ass is Domino strike stunning with a 30% proc 4 turn stun mace, even on battletoads if I get unlucky I can get my spark vaporized in 1 turn with bad procs (random battles).


Silence and Imperil are only worth using on bosses / school girls right? not for trash? Seems to miss a lot. Are Silence and Imperil the ONLY detrimental spells worth using or are others worth looking at (weaken, blind, slow, etc).


Are Scavenger, Archaeologist, LotD, and Quartermaster worth investing into?

Should I be selling spare equip to the equipment shop of salvaging it?

Is it worth item worlding any of my shit gear? (sup mace of slaughter, exq plate of prot with low PAB)

I have 17 mobs and mostly its 25 lvl. Sometimes 70-90 and only 1 is 390 (it was 200-250 until 300lvl), because its celestial and i wanna try one with 750+. First of all you should get many mobs. They can bring useless low-grade, but they also can bring binding of destruction (i have 3 from em). Its random and the more you have the better chance without much effort. High lvl cost very much and do well only if can beat ppl in current popular range (mostly its 1k power level).

Proc isnt very important (if its near 20% its already ok). Much better to aim for duration (up to 6-7 with proficiency). The reason is fact "any crit hit has 100% proc". With 1h you ll have 30%+ crit chance later. 2 pab is ok too. Both ok. Protection is cheaper and slaughter gives a bit better result. And shield with high block chance.

Much better. Once i changed to 2h+heavy and i had to cure every single move. With 1h im doing its once per round. 1h gives counter attacks and it also has stun.

I ve never used silence. Imperil worth nothing with rapier. Maybe weaken on ROB`s bosses. So i prefer to use cure if mob hited me instead constant spam depr spells. Maybe im wrong.

Its quite usefull. At least first 1/3 of each cost not so big. But its quite long-term investment.

it means that you have to slot either ripened soul and spirit theft abilities, just to start.

then cast a forbidden spell (corruption, disintegrate or ragnarok) and there's a chance that it will automatically process also the Ripened Soul effect. when you see one of your targets ripening, then a subsequent cast of drain will give you spirit points; the higher the tier of the forbidden spell, the higher the chance for ripened soul to proc

as for proficiencies, ripened soul unlocks at level 150, but it's not so usable before lv 300
surely you already own corruption and drain, while you need 100 forbidden prof to unlock disintegrate and 200 for ragnarok. the latter is quite a pain in the ass to raise, but also quite worthy
