Your gear is good enough.

Maybe put one good Cotton of the Demon-Fiend with high Forbidden prof (MMax+) somewhere, to lower spell cost and get more counter-resist for your Dark Spells (I believe you are currently using a full set of phase of Fenrir, right?).

- compared to PL of monster for counter-resist bonus up to 50%. But, if the monster PL is 1500, would I get any significant counter-resist bonus? Is the formula known?
- scaled exponentially to the power of 1.5 for a specific mitigation reduction of up to 50 points for the spell's element. <-- this is english, but i don't understand the meaning (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Most experts recommend 1h + power slaughter...wouldnt be power savage balance be a better choice, especially when crit chance forged?
And someone know whats the cap for crit chance??

Power slaughter normally give high expected output in compare with power balance. The charm point of power balance is that it also increase your weapon's proc chance by more critical hit. It help if your weapon's proc chance is bad.

For 53 rounds IW. I think its PxP @ level0 = 323

From lv6 to lv10, it need ~11066 PxP = ~710round in IWBTH/PF = 14 runs

This doesn't add up. If you get 98 pxp per run at normal, it should be 98/2 = 49 rounds per run. And by the way, you deserve a medal if you managed to get it up to level 6 doing IW runs at normal difficulty. But, that's only about a third of the way to level 10.

You could also send holy demon the equipment link and ask him for a quote; the seller should provide such service. Or, put up a WTB for IW service and see what offers you get. This will probably be cheapest if you are not in a rush to get it to level 10.
