QUOTE(The Magi @ Dec 24 2014, 22:10) Should I clear arenas daily (so as to get the credits)
Or should I do only certain arenas daily - do tell which specific Arenas (the last one at my level is End of days)
Cause main problem is Stamina and Energy Drink is 'expensive' (well for me cause I don't have a lot of credits)(and depends on Luck when shrining artifact)
Or should I concentrate on Leveling Up, that is, only doing Grindfest at higher difficulties and clearing the Arenas only once.
For all your questions Arena is the answer. Do arenas daily at (highest difficultly you can manage) IMO Play Trio and tree and gradually go back to get the trophies which you can sell later. The Arenas will give you loots, credits, trophies (which will give u more credits) and experiences as well Just play arenas till your stamina reach 80. Don't worry by playing higher difficultly arenas u will level up fast as well (leave grindfest for now) unless u can play hundreds of rounds easily at Hell or nintendo mode and have Crystarium perks This post has been edited by xcaliber9999: Dec 24 2014, 19:10

Check the HV scripts section on the wiki. (HV stat i think?)

Got my first 10 Haths as xmas present... thanks for the start!
Are the xmas artifacts time limited (better to redeem them now or they'll be gone)?
Also super noob question: how to directly link pieces of equipment? Last time i had to ask for advice i had to take screenshot of my weapons.

You should save those artifacts. Collectors will pay more than they're worth after christmas.

The difficulty level alters/affects the drop chance of better stuff in the Arenas? Or it is better to just grind in normal.

The difficulty affect drop quality a lot. However, if you cannot play fast, you better lower the difficulty. The lowest limit is hell due to the drop penalty. P.S: I normally use 20 turns as threshold.

My perspective on this is that doing the arenas pays for the energy drink. So it's "free" exp. Or as free as your time, anyway. I started with the Trio and the Tree (did not meet the level requirement for End of Days) and worked down to Exile. This took me ~ an hour. That's 480 rounds, which is less than 10 stamina at normal status, or one energy drink. In these rounds, I collected 43401 credits (51359 after bazaaring unwanted stuff and I still collected other materials from salvage). During this time, I went up from L 221 to L 224. My energy drink WTBs are getting filled at 42k, so I figure the exp and materials are free. This post has been edited by mozilla browser: Dec 25 2014, 07:04

Good evening. This is my current stat. So far, I don't really get any trouble, unless I'm playing higher than hell and surrounded by more than 6 mobs. Is this build okay? or should I lower some of the stats, like endurance and add more into int or wisdom? Thank you very much. This post has been edited by desu.nano: Dec 25 2014, 14:40

Raise your AGI to the level of your END, and boost your DEX too (for parry). What's your gear btw? (Hover over a piece of equipment and press c for a link to it.) It's recommended to mage at very late levels (lvl 310 for maxed Faster Imperil).

QUOTE(desu.nano @ Dec 25 2014, 13:51) Melee is easier and requires less expensive gear to be effective, so it's good to start as one. I'm sending you some stuff so you can try melee. To get the best of maging, you'll require some phase boosting a single element (focusing on a single element is usually better), and an appropriate staff with related prefix/type/suffix. Using one or two pieces of prof cotton (Elementalist/Heaven-Sent/Demon-Fiend depending on your element) can be good too, to reduce the elemental mitigation and lower the spell cost. Imperil is a must, so it's recommended to wait for lvl 310 for Faster Imperil so you can hit 3 targets at once with 0 cooldown.

I see, thank you very much. I'll try it then. So, should I lower my current int, and distribute it into strength, since my current stat for str is really low?
