So. i found few leaks.
1. Cure. Actually price is too high and i often used that. I spammed only regen and sometimes hp droped (f.e. once per 15-20 hits), so than i clicked cure. But actually i had to use protection. Price is near that, but it has much longer effect.

2. Spirit pots. I changed 1 mp pot to this one and as u said i can use spirit stance endless. It has mp cost reduction and also good attack increase. Actually i gonna change few more also, because i need it more than mp in long runs.

So with new boost (gear, slots, better skill using and i also got 100+ 1h profience) i got better result.
IWBTH. Not so hard, but i noticed few...unsmooth things. Sometimes i got rly powerful damage. It could be only 2 hits, but 4000 and 1500, so i can die. I used spark vs that, but spark req spirit points and i use it for my stance. Also i had to buff many skills and each time i get damage and lower my overcharge. I also had to cure many times, because that damage is quite powerful. So in this mode i got wonderful exp and u can see i got near 6-7 level ups, but i cant clear more than 25 rounds. Maybe later i ll find better way for this mode.

Nintendo. This one is a bit better and i actually dont even need spark. So there is no spirit points problem, but mana burning is quite big (i still need to use cure often), so 50 rounds is my limit.

Nightmare. Easy. First time i played near 60 rounds with only regen and protection and at the end as i remember spend only 2 mp pots and 1 spirit.

So there is only problem with IWBTH. I have to reduce incoming damage.

Glad to hear you're doing fine on higher difficulties now.

Since monsters are harder to kill, you might wanna use Weaken or Silence to reduce their damage output for several turns, it will reduce the number of Cure you have to cast. Always have Haste, Protection, Spark of Life and Regen on, and if possible Heartseeker, and prefer casting them when you are in Spirit Stance (don't worry too much about losing OC, you get OC quite fast with the 1H style). Go into Spirit Stance whenever your OC bar is full, and if your OC gets low, don't hesitate to toggle Spirit Stance off when there is only a few monsters left to refill your OC with them.

Check out the shops and auctions in WTS. Buy a better rapier (with good ADB, good proc chance, good parry, good DEX, and some STR), an EMax+ block Force Shield with 3 PABs, and some good Power pieces with 3 PABs (Slaughter is expensive, Balance is less expensive, and Protection and Warding are cheap, so you might wanna go for the last two suffixes, especially at your level where you need more defense). When you hit lvl 250 and 200 prof, it will be even easier thanks to additionnal block + additionnal counter.

Uhm, a prefixed rapier is incomparable with a non-prefixed one, no matter how good the non-prefixed one looks like.
FYI, the elemental strike from a prefixed rapier (or Lv.10 ethereal rapier) can inflict at least extra 500 damage on the enemy.
A non-prefixed rapier does not have elemental strike (unless enchanted with infusions), you just can't compensate the extra 500 damage, and that's why one should never use a non-prefixed rapier (except on a budget).

Of course, but not as "often" since there's also the difficulty modifier...

for example, I got this Legendary Shocking Shortsword of Swiftness when I did normal DwD recently...

500 damage is pretty mediocre when I'm playing constant PF and IW where everything is 100k+ (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)
Prefer the more parry atm, pretty much why I don't like my legendary rapier.

About ring of blood. There is difference in difficulte mode? I checked wiki and didnw find any info about it. Looks like equal drop chance.

About fighting styles, the current HV are in favor for 1H heavy and rich mage. At you level, anything is fine, but at lv 200 1H can get triple counter and become much more powerful, thus more popular. Some guys here start maging at Lv 300+ since they have other income for mage's extravagance style (just look at Phazon price *shudder* (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ), but I think it's ok to maging at lv 400+.
For me I have two set equips for different purposes, I mainly use my 1H Power Slaughter for Battletoad+ and my 2H set for Hell arenas. DW seem too slow for me imo, because that's one click one hit against tons of mobbies (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif).

small correction: lv310+ is more optimal because you'll have access to 0-cooldown imperil (and related holy/dark imperil abilities), which is almost a need for mages
