I wanna IW my armor to get Lv.3 Juggernaut, and here are my questions.

Q1.
When the armor is Lv.2, and one of the potencies is not Juggernaut, should I reforge it right away?

When the armor is Lv.3, and one of the potencies is not Juggernaut, should I reforge it right away?

How many Amnesia Shards should I prepare beforehand, approximately?

Q1/2. i'd say yes and yes, first levels are the easiest to complete afterall. also, remember that a potency earnt has higher chances to be further unlocked and you have an upper cap of 3 different potencies, so better achieve it while it's easier. you should aim at least for jug1 within the first 2 levels i think.

Q3. never unlocked jug on an armor, but i'd say at least a dozen for every piece

Jugg 3 is pretty easy. Keep reforging until you get Jugg in the first 2 and you will have ~74% chance of getting Jugg 3 or better.

If you have a non-elemental prefix you have ~19% chance of getting Jugg and a ~21.4% chance if it has an elemental prefix. So you will need 5.3 (4.6) shards to get Jugg 1, and a 26% chance to use another 10 and have to start again.

There is roughly a 95% chance you will use less than 30.

Yup, 8800 on my side too.
Also, my 1.4mil characters caps down to 10001 characters (single line without Enter) so now we know that Moggle-kun can only deliver up to 10k chars letter (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif).

are you sure? with FS we couldn't post messages with more than 45k chars

i checked that way too, and i can assure that everytime i had to check what to keep and what not when i got past 45k. it's also written as a memo in staff instructions at the end of first page

So... after hours of calculation, I concur that 1 link, aside from its chars length, will add 43~45 to the limit too. (faint)
