Main question is - 2H Heavy really noticeably worse than 2H Light?

At your level I would think so.... its dodging rather than taking everything.... counts on equipment quality as well...

I think I found the problem with ninten.

You can clear the mob acceptably fast after you hit it with skyward sword, however it takes 10 turns to recharge another one so thats like a speed cap for ninten especially at higher rounds when there are more than 5 monsters.

It would be cool if skyward sword could be used more often or could hit all enemies like in the good old days. Why was that nerf anyways?

Is there ANY piece of equipment with Superior quality (or lower) that could actually worth something? Or Should I just salvage/sell to bazzar all of them, without considering anything at all?

No, I meant because stats on equipment scale to your level, so 2h shade would be better because the dodge is better than taking all hits, if you really like heavy go with 1h, with a rapier and a force shield so you can block when you play at PF taking all hits isn't a good thing. Yeah I was wondering about Fus ro dah and friendship cannon, however they can not be used consistently, like every few waves. Fus ro dah also has a 10% dmg sacrifice.

Fus ro dah + estoc is ok.
However, Niten lacking PA, it is necessary to use skyward sword anyway. No reason to give up 10% attack.

Depends on who you're talking to. There's people who consider anything sub-optimal as nothing but trash and there's people who consider it viable.

IMO, if you're playing fine without struggling too much and having some fun it shouldn't be all that bad...

Only viable gear in this case would be Superior grade Power Slaughter with Smax ADB.

Kite: Totally useless. Don't use it.

Buckler:
Best suffix - Battlecaster (with minimum 19% MC).
Best use - Clearing Grindfest without "Focus".

Force Shield:
Best Suffix - Warding
