So I just ran all 3 SG with elemental infusion by accident, speed is exactly the same as with holy/dark infusion

I reckon there's really no point to paying extra money for demonic weapon (hallowed is somewhat justifiable, cos of the cure bonus) or holy/dark infusion/strike, is there?

Well, this is just my case, I tested a month ago on DwD.

1. Demonic rapier + no infusion + only using normal hit (not ever using OFC and 1H skills)
- 62:30 (4 mana pot + 5 sp pot)

2. Demonic rapier + holy infusion + only using normal hit (not ever using OFC and 1H skills)
- 56:15 (5 mana pot + 4 sp pot)

3. Demonic rapier + wind infusion + only using normal hit (not ever using OFC and 1H skills)
- 58:44 (4 mana pot + 5 sp pot)

4. Demonic rapier + no infusion + using OFC and 1H skills
- 52:58 (3 mana pot + 2 sp pot)

5. Demonic rapier + holy infusion + using OFC and 1H skills
- 50:31 (4 mana pot + 2 sp pot)

6. Demonic rapier + wind infusion + using OFC and 1H skills
- 51:10 (3 mana pot + 2 sp pot)

It would be more precise and meaningful if I have elemental rapier which has almost same WD with my demonic rapier.
But at least, the record is saying that when you use OFC and 1H skill, more strike has no much differences regardless of holy and wind as expected.

The only drawback of one handed: efficiency.

Yep. Fortunately, the network was stable (2.0 turn/sec) during the 1-week test. So it's trustworthy one at least for me. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
In fact I tested it because I'm recently too lazy to use OFC and skills on DwD so want to do it using only normal hits.

As for me, both holy+dark and fire+cold cleared DwD in 66mins. I can't really test around much since my internet is too unstable for consistency.

The only drawback of one handed: efficiency.

It has very high cost efficiency though, being able to do hard runs with significantly less investment (in forging) than other styles

I have only tried his proxy auction, but never the proxy shop.
BTW, the best proxy shop does not exist. You need to ask the shop owner to see who is willing to sell stuff for you.

imo, if you just have a few items to sell, you can just advertise them in your signature. if you're somewhat active it can be more effective than running a smallish-shop. ie a walking billboard. if you've 5-10 "good enough" items, you can just run your own shop. ie dongchun's shop

My advice is.. stick to lvl 5 of some potency for your IW's.

Potency lvl 5 ~0-50 shards.
Potency lvl 5 with no single type of potency (swift strike?) ~50-200 shards
Potency with only 2 types ~possible/impossible? you tell me

Went out and pre-emptively bought x100 amnesias to reset the rapier and get butcher 5 on it again. It was IW9 before but so many bindings on it pushed max and got cold strike, of all damn things. Anyway it was surprising that it only took 20 to get b5 on it. Jenga must've had a lucky window yesterday. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Not sure I care really about what other potencies unlock on it. Need to finish upgrading it before I IW it back to level 9. Forge level 49 now, so almost done grinding that too. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
