QUOTE(simrock87 @ May 17 2014, 11:21) Since you're not the first to ask... have fun (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
multiple.quickbars.user.zip ( 1.61k )
Number of downloads: 33I think the original was from [ tiap.github.io] http://tiap.github.io/ or somewhere in the scripts thread. I'd give proper credit but can't reliably find the source (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Note: This has no gui, but changing the config isn't too hard. Just change the slots in line 14 and 15 before adding it. Also not all spells are available afaik, only the ones listed in lines 23-59 and i only added what i needed (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) alright, i'll giv it a try. many thanks!

Are superiors considered roundly sub-par regardless of suffix and type?

QUOTE(LostLogia4 @ May 17 2014, 10:09) Also, I don't recall Elemental Proficiency gives much of any benefits after the "darkmage-nerfing" patch really.
It adds a bit of counter-resist + damage + lower cast time. QUOTE Must've been a dream to be a holy mage at level 450 with perhaps forged legendary phase armaments... did you use Spellspam for that? Also, is it true that a Level 450 mage with leg-grade armaments can lolpwn everything?
I don't use Spellspam. I do it the old-fashioned way. Don't know what you mean by "lolpwn" but I still have to Imperil everything at PFUDOR difficulty. QUOTE(Colman @ May 17 2014, 10:17) Most of the mage in my level range cannot one-shot 50%+ thing in Hell, but can be one-shoted by mobs. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) I have bad news. It gets harder at higher levels, not easier. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

QUOTE(danixxx @ May 16 2014, 21:42) Elem is only good at 450+ (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) What does that actually mean though? Does it actually become easier at higher levels or just that higher level mages have been playing for so long that they probably have crazy good gear. I think I remember there was one graph that tenboro or someone posted where the mage damage only started improving under the new resist/potency system after level 450 and was lower until then.

It's free stuff that doesn't require credits/hath to upgrade. At least that's how I think of it. QUOTE lol = (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (laughing out loud), pwn = owning (dominating) your opponent. "lolpwn" = "laughing out loud while pwning (as in blowing up) your enemies" -> curbstomping the battlefield. And yeah... Imperil is the key spell for the mages, so that still counts. I'm usually watching movies and shows while playing HV so it's more like "mehpwning". As in I glance occasionally at the battle screen and go "Oh, I'm this far at grindfest already. Meh." (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Holy Mages do have it easy when doing SG arenas. I don't even need to ET anymore when doing PFUDOR DwD. QUOTE is it because you meet high PL monsters the like the darkmages like, everyday or something?
I think monsters get stronger faster than players by pure level alone. So unless you're keeping up with upgrades/forges, monsters will start getting stronger bit by bit.

QUOTE(TheRapture @ May 17 2014, 12:00) Are superiors considered roundly sub-par regardless of suffix and type? obviously T3 equip (phase/power/shade) may still have some value, especially if non-elementally prefixed... yours has two PABs, but it misses a fundamental one for mages (that is WIS), so you may consider it somewhat a trolly; even though is heimdall and has very good rolls for evade and elemental damage, so it may still earn you something more than bazaar selling value (5k? 6?) but still trolly... Hello guys! I have a question concerning the Forge. I tried to upgrade my very first weapon but I need Bindings of whatever to accomplish that. The wiki nowhere states where to find those Bindings and the Item Shop Bot demands alot.

So you say, I'd say the not-needing-a-penny part is a consolation gift for the hellgrinding really. It was a major pain in the ass to grind all these proficiencies to anywhere near my level unless if I play at least half a day everyday, mark my words. I have a question concerning the Forge. I tried to upgrade my very first weapon but I need Bindings of whatever to accomplish that. The wiki nowhere states where to find those Bindings and the Item Shop Bot demands alot. Then you might as well don't forge. Your mace isn't worth forging anyway, as forging simply increases the base stats. Given the pricing of the bindings I would say reserve them only for the very best of all weapons and armaments (i.e. legendaries and peerless that worth Megacredits). I asked the same questions with Exquisite-grade phase armors, but the forbidding price of the phazons means that anything less than Legendary phase armors is not worth a forge. My suggestion is to get an exquisite-grade weapon and armor, get to Level 250, then IW it if you can. Oh, and before I forget... bindings are rare gifts from the monsters you raised yourself. And you need to invest Megacredits and tons of Chaos Tokens for them to give you enough bindings to stay afloat. This post has been edited by LostLogia4: May 17 2014, 14:16

i agree, stop before hurting your wallet too much (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) it may not be too bad of a mace, but surely not worth forging. and when you IW it you should try at some higher level, otherwise it will require you a fucking lot of time. it should be a 36-round IW, so raise level to the same you were able to clear similar arena... Thanks for the help! I'll refrain myself from forging stuff until I am high-level. I found crystals within the shop which I can feed to my monster instead.
But what's that "Megacredit" you guys are talking about? Are we talking about Billions of Credits?

Don't buy crystals from bazzar. There are a lot of other places that you should use your credits wisely at your level. eg) Adept Learner, Pack Rat, Start-up weapon and gears. It's OK to raise small group of monsters using crystals you've earned by yourself on the battle. You'd better keep raising your level until 250~300. As level get higher, you would get larger field of view that can't understand right now. QUOTE But what's that "Megacredit" you guys are talking about? Are we talking about Billions of Credits?

QUOTE(AIDSFART2011 @ May 17 2014, 19:57) Thanks for the help! I'll refrain myself from forging stuff until I am high-level. I found crystals within the shop which I can feed to my monster instead. Eh, just buy them in bulk from Ru-chan and CYCK and other crystminers when (and only when) you have big credits to spare. Btw, I've also noticed that you're damned short on credits here, so here's my two cents: level up to Level 200 and take on the Flying Spaghetti Monster... don't try to get smart and challenge it anywhere higher than Normal difficulty, you'll lose 5 Blood token you've spent for the challenge if you lose, and FSM is no easy monster to pit against. So keep silencing (needs 40 depreciating proficiency) the Flying Spaghetti Monster and take out the Legendary-grade monsters and FSM. Oh, and did I mention that they have insane elemental resists? Good luck, you'll need it. QUOTE(AIDSFART2011 @ May 17 2014, 19:57) But what's that "Megacredit" you guys are talking about? Are we talking about Billions of Credits? That's Gigacredits, boy. Megacredits is a million of credits. FYI, the legendary phase armaments like this can cost a little over 10 Megacredits. Also, Kilo = thousand, Mega = million, Giga = billion, Tera = trillion. Btw, it'll need trillions of EXP to reach Blacksmith-kun (Danixxx)'s level. This post has been edited by LostLogia4: May 17 2014, 14:21

yet it seems you're searching for upgrades, even though you're short in credits... would you mind let me borrow your mace for a couple of hours? QUOTE(AIDSFART2011 @ May 17 2014, 13:57) I found crystals within the shop which I can feed to my monster instead.
raising difficulty level you'll also earn more crystals... This post has been edited by Scremaz: May 17 2014, 14:10
