Of course they did. Except that they're extremely rare. Even for a leg-grade phase, six out of ten there would be: ruby, cobalt, amber, jade, zircon, and onyx, that makes six elements.
The remaining is charged, frugal, radiant, and mystic, what with phase armors being quite rare already, theres no need to guess which prefixes are even rarer...
And finally, auctions hoards the best equipments for sale. Now you catch my drift?

True. And I believe Radiant to be comparatively rarer even in the latter category.

Btw, the absurd pricing for the Binding of Slaughters is set up for the same reason as well. It's not just the melee weapons that demands them, forging power armors demands them as well. So, phazons and slaughter bindings got over 200k price tag per unit.

The dropoff in ADB gain at higher levels of slaughter on any piece of gear is likely along the same line of reasoning. Slaughter on power gear is stupidly ridiculous to try and max too since it's double the cap of every other upgrade. Current forge level caps me to 48 levels of upgrade on everything but slaughter, which is 96.

See how expensive absolutely maxing every piece of armor would get and how insanely rich or impractically minded you'd have to be to try? Maxing slaughter is only viable on weapons unless you want to pay stupid money for meh gains in ADB on each armor piece.

I know, I've seen some charged phase of other elements in the differents shops I've looked at (sneaked a peek at the first 4 pages of the WTS section) but not even one charged fenrir...

With regards to the 'low-level players don't mage' thing, I'd like to point out that I've been maging ever since I unlocked Fire abd Freeze spells (lv 32 or so?).

What difficulty do you mage, and what is your clear speed?

No, it wasn't "low-level players don't mage", it was "low-levels players are not advised to mage". Mage at low level with low equipment scale, almost-no-parry due to low DEX etc. are so squishy that they can't even survive more than 10 rounds of PFUDOR arenas.

Well, lemme join the Hi5 as well... cuz I had 20 DW prof when I started maging, don't remember at what level since it was last year or so, but all my equips was from bazaar and never checked the forum back then. I have 100k credits left when I quit HV back then as well.

Nope. You can use as many times as you want, if you have enough in your disposal that is.

1) Uh huh, in your respective, maybe. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) I'm already doing PFUDOR TT&T everyday and trying to clear PFUDOR SG arenas, if PFUDOR is the starting difficulty for arenas in your view.

2) Low level can be a range from Lv. 1 to 200, and mid level can go up to Lv. 300. I was using Power from 1 to 150 (doing BT/IWBTH difficulty) before switching to Shades. And there's always the fancy Mace + Power setup which can easily get you close to Lv. 200 without needing 1H. And yes, talking about 1H being slow, remember someone who got to Lv. 300 with the your-so-called-slow 1H? Oh, I haven't even mentioned he wasn't even using POWER but SHADE. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

3) We're talking about THIS patch. And wait, how is that related to our gears topic again? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

selling scrolls in WTS/WTB can be pretty useful.

selling 1000 Scrolls of Protection +1000 Avatar + 1000 Swiftness = ~1mil credits.

1 million is a lot more useful when you can buy stuff/training that significantly boost your game than sitting in your inventory collecting dust.

Kay, I can't interpret this, let's just omit this one.

I'd say Low Level is anyone under 200 if not 250, mid level = 250~350 melee/mage folks and high level = hey-maybe-i-shud-start-maging players.

As an experiment on my clearing speed, I dialed down to Normal (for one-shot rounds) and cleared Fresh Meat (the first 1000 credit Arena, 25 rounds). Took me 16 minutes. That's how shitty my connection is when it comes to HV.

Please note, I use this same connection to download anime and live action series at speeds between 100-250 kB/s. And I'm using Verdana as font too (sliced my clear times almost in half)
