I've got a little question:
When you are looking for an item in the equip shop. till what lvl range do you search compared with your own level.

I'm currently a lvl30 tank and seeing lvl100-230 in the equip shop doesnt seem to be a valiable option to me.

Basically just look at the toned down stats in brackets.
You can wear equipment that has a higher lvl than you.

The greatest advantage of higher lvl items, if they are at least as good as what you've had before, is that the amount of stats you get from them gets better when you lvl.

Sorry for silly question. Does difficulty setting affect item&equipment drop rate and quality of them?

So that mean Cakefest is the best way to gain artifact?

I think that the chance of getting an artifact is the same for any difficulty

What's a decent amount of fire mitigation to take on Manbearpig without being royally owned by his special attack? I think I had like 12% the first time and he took off 712 or so damage from my 800. I'm not sure if 25% is enough.

Offense is better than Defense against the Gods, so using high bleed Axe or Sword Chucks is better than Parry from Shortsword.

As an offhand, however, isn't sounded bad, if you could find a good one, that is... Though I never test it myself, I believe the higher proc chance is worth the lower bleed damage.

Or simply go 1H and use shield, since PA is almost useless now if you don't plan to whack them to death.
However, I still think that DW using 2 good standard (no Eth needed) Rapiers + Infusions + 1-3 Soul Stone + Slow + Haste + Silence is still the best plan against all the Gods even if you're mage (Though against RL, Weaken+Spark route seem better), provide that your stats were not too "unbalanced".

I've been killing all boses since lvl 64 ish, i have 1.1k hp now, never been hit by his special yet (kill him first), just use +elem gear, destruction staff and spam meteor with weaken and poison on, and bewilder if his MP is near 50%, dont havve any fire mitigation on at all, but i dont think i've been hit by global warming ever

is there any way to get more token of bloods? i chew through mine like gum

When I killed those minibosses at lvl 50 i used scrolls of warding/shielding (depending on the boss) and kept my hp very close to topped off (since i didnt have hp tanks maxed) if you dont have HP tanks maxed you may want to redo your abilities or buy some to get more hp or just level a bit before trying again. You are keeping poison on him right?

I believe the best place to get tokens of blood is from 1 of the arena clear bonuses.

does infusion of gaia boosts soul?

Wiki says that dropping a gem will replace the one that is already in the item slot. I have got the impression that having a gem prevents another one from dropping.
Can someone please clarify?

wiki is probably outdated, gems didn't replace eachother in the previous update (4.8)

It might be useful if you're dependent on ether theft. It's only 1 AP, so why not?

I use melee, so I'm killing pretty slow through bleeding wounds. I haven't maxed all my HP tanks, I'm missing 2 of them.

every AP is very EXPANSIVE now. I don't want to cost any useless AP at this version, unless Tenboro give us a FAIR artifact system.

probably won't make that much a difference, 50 or so more HP, cant say how to kill bosses in meelee, but it sure is easy maging (bosses, not legendary)

I have 50 and next one will only cost 15,945C, in other words the price of ~2 artifacts.

I bet. The other bosses besides Manbearpig are pretty simple. Their specials are physical based and won't eat your face in.
