something doesn't look right, either you've very low Proficiency or you're not spending your pts or you're mixing cloth with light with leather?

ps. most ability boost scale with your Proficiency. so higher Proficiency = higher boost. eg. at max 1H damage ability, 1 prof = 4 dmg. so 315 prof = 1260 extra dmg.

Ability for weapon (1H, 2H, DW) and armor (Cloth, Light, Heavy) gives you a bonus which is proportional to your relevant proficiency. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
And the max value of proficiency is equal to your level.
In other words, high level user can have high proficiency that gives more bonus.
TBH your level is little bit low for you to say "ability bonus is bad". (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

For example)
Lv 350, Base Health 7000, HP Tank 10/10, Heavy HP 7/7
- Heavy armor proficiency 10.0 :
HP Boost is 100+(0.1 * 10) = 101%, so your Max HP will be 14,070
- Heavy armor proficiency 350.0 :
HP Boost is 100+(0.1 * 350) = 135%, so your Max HP will be 16,450

It depends on your proficiency. Max cloth MP + prof at 90% of my level would give me some 20% extra MP.

Seeing how advice was given some time ago for 2H TTT, should I use a similar strategy albeit with DW Club + Rapier?

Managed to get Haste on IA, so that's a thing.

What is meant 2H TTT? Do you mean 2H in Triple Trio and Tree? If so, I would recommend DW for TTT. 2H is too slow for bosses, and not enough defense.

Drop some points from Int.

Raise End, Dex & Agl. I've found that Str/Dex/Agl/End should all have about the same base score (before items). Wis 25-50 points lower, Int 25 points lower than Wis.

imo, stick with 1 style. unless you're hitting your Prof cap (ie capped @ your lv), you should specialize in 1 thing instead of jack of all trades master of none.

2H + shade is great. i'd used that until ~lv270. it's a efficient style that won't break the bank. you can do Rob with 2h too. aside from getting the 1st time clearing bonus, i would just save the blood tokens for FSM. its trophy drop "noodly" can easily sell for 55-60k credits, but you need to be lv200. not really... if you can find good equips that you can use for endgame, it's worth it. it's a waste of credits, time, and forge mats to make small upgrades often.

I notice everyone is using a force shield but with it's high burden, is worth getting it over a buckler, I saw a buckler that's has a block of 32. So is it worth it?

I might be bidding for a force shield with a block of 37 or higher in the auctions, but that buckler with it's low burden of only 4 or lower got me thinking...

Yeah, I will but I just started the game last Thursday so they aren't costing too much credits for now. (The highest being Archaelogist at 25kc)

At the moment, I think force shield is much better than buckler. A Leg buckler of barrier can get maxed 45% block chance. A Mag force shield can get maxed 54% block chance, and a Leg force can get 60% max block chance. Then load up on Power of slaughter gear and featherweight shards and you should be good.

featherweight shard is cheap, just saying (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) And at endgame, you'd be more concerned with spirit than mana. Some particular combination of monster can drain 1/3 of your spirit in a few turns.

What percent should I have my 2-hand/light armor proficiency at by lvl 150, and in addition to doing Random encounters on IWBTH, what's the best place for me to grind for exp?

all that burden/profs make me think you're using a longsword and leather armor: raise your AGI to have a better evade and use all those unassigned EXP points, just to start (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
also, you can go more slowly with WIS and leave INT at that level for another while.

as for credits, the best you can do right now is to do arenas and REs as much as you can
