QUOTE(zen_zen @ Apr 2 2014, 00:44) How long did it take to get to 200 prof (in 1H, I presume), I am at 212 and it took 5 levels (316 - 321). What is there to expect for for reaching the 200+ plateau?
i can't really say how much time, since i played very randomly this last period and with two sets, but i think less than 10 levels (256-266 alternating with 2H). and the prize should be 3 counter-attacks at time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) QUOTE(malkatmp @ Apr 1 2014, 16:15) ps. just realize i've won the 3rd prize. though, i'd wish i've more chaos/blood tokens. just curious, how many tickets did you buy? Curious: does peerless gear ever drop or is it lottery only?
Dumb question maybe, but all mine are so it's on par.

Yeah it drops in game and from trophies at about 1 in a million.

I've noticed something on the wiki. Does Tokenizer increase the odds of a token dropping, or does it multiply the number of tokens that dropped. (IMG: http://ehwiki.org/images/3/3b/Drop_Rolls.png)

Does the quality of trophy affect the chance of getting peerless ?

QUOTE(HNTI @ Apr 1 2014, 23:43) This gear allows me to smoothly clear all arena (80+ feathered ) up to SG runs where I give up as I'm aware that without some serious DMG I won't be able to clear it in reasonable time.
So I was right, guessing that warding is the most beneficial suffix.
you got a lot of good stuff (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) though, it might be a good idea to start buying slaughter gear. even "shittier" ones, can improve your Base Damage by 100-200/piece. if you're low on budget, you might end up getting 2PAB (no Endurance) gear with high Damage like me. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) QUOTE(Scremaz @ Apr 2 2014, 01:49) i can't really say how much time, since i played very randomly this last period and with two sets, but i think less than 10 levels (256-266 alternating with 2H). and the prize should be 3 counter-attacks at time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) just curious, how many tickets did you buy? imo, 1H prof is a cheap/free way to raise your Base Damage. each additional prof = 4 dmg. 50 more prof = 200 more dmg. ~10 tickets per lottery. generally, i get 10-30k GP a day & i'll just use what i got to buy lottery tickets. end up getting 2Haths, 2 Elixirs, & 1000 crystals from shining all 4 artifacts.

Only increases odds of chaos, AND reduces odds of blood.

Does it also affect the chaos/blood ratio of arena token bonus?

No, unfotunately. Tokenizer is good for making your mobs stronger, but bad for accumulating tokens to play RoBs.

I mean would Tokenizer reduce the chance of getting blood token from arena clear token bonus. This post has been edited by Colman: Apr 2 2014, 06:27

Why would it? Blood token is also a "token", no? so it should work on both tokens

Because spare Token of Bloods are almost useless if you get 15+ every day (enough for daily TT&T and FSM), while the more, the better for Chaos tokens. QUOTE(holy_demon @ Apr 2 2014, 12:18) Does the quality of trophy affect the chance of getting peerless ?
http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Shrine#TrophiesQUOTE The rarity of the trophy determines how large the bonus to the equipment roll is. However, all types of Trophies have the same chance to get a Peerless equipment. This post has been edited by Cats Lover: Apr 2 2014, 07:17

I haven't read or experienced anything that would suggest that, so my impression is no.

It's not that I'm short on money, but right now have goalds with higher priorities like maxing out LoTD. Two pieces : shield & gauntlets dropped me most likely thanks to LoTD 24/25 (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). I get at least 1 decent item from 80,90 & T&T arena every day, so I don't complain too much at income.

So follow up on my 2 trial PFUDOR DwD run with Imperil. 1st run I use Imperil after the OFC, and 2nd run I use Imperil before the OFC. 1st run is slower than normal run by 5 mins (though there was some network problem in the middle so that could be the reason). 2nd run is pretty much the same speed, but I have to stop using Imperil in the last 10 rounds because I only have 2 mana pots left.
Generally, I don't feel Imperil is worth it. Having to recast it over and over again due to resist is not efficient, time and mana-wise.

QUOTE(m118w11 @ Apr 2 2014, 00:19) Get any two 1h weapons (preferably club rapier). Then use maxed upgraded sleep on every mob except the one you are attacking. (also any shade set would make it faster).
2h is really bad for TTT as you push too many mobs into the enraged status, and you can't sleep as many targets because you keep waking them
I think enraged damage bonus was disabled a few patches ago. Hi everyone...pew pew.

How are other mages finding pfudor after that mid patch difficulty buff? Pfudor can be dang challenging for me now despite upgrading my gear.
Apart from the effective increase in damage, I find it slightly harder to recover which has lead to me getting knocked out of arenas on pfudor in the last couple of rounds a few times argh.

thanks for reporting back. tried doing DwD @BT today & ran out of potions by round ~80. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) also, i got a quick question, one of my monster has won a battle (ie the "battles won" & "killing blow" number increase by 1), but it didn't bring me any gifts. is there a delay or they don't bring you gifts for every "battle won"/"killing blow"?

Assuming you're referring to the speed fix, I don't find arenas on PFUDOR to be much more difficult. All I really did was adjust my potion loadout to account for various situations, because in the non-schoolgirl arenas, I don't need so many mana potions: 11 Mana Potions - Obvious. 1 Health Potion - For the rare occasion that both Cure and Full Cure are on cool-down, or when just Full Cure is unavailable when I really need it. 2 Spirit Potions - I used to carry only one, but since Spark of Life triggers more often, I take a second just in case. 1 Last Elixir - Last resort because shit hit the fan. Pretty much fully heals every vital instantly.
