QUOTE(darkx @ Feb 5 2014, 18:33) All I've seen is 'item sent CoD' I haven't seen anyone add a price. Am I missing something?
CoD just means credit on delivery. most of the time, they'll list a price unless its an auction. say this shopQUOTE Sapling [stock*10] 3k the item is Sapling with 10 in stock selling @ 3,000credits.

QUOTE(Cats Lover @ Feb 5 2014, 11:49) Maybe you become pickey because you get stronger than that time. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I'm always excited and looking forward to the weekly auctions regardless of their equip's quality, and regardless of I participate in or not. It's a really great user-created event, isn't it? If there are no weekly auctions, I think HV might get boring more than now. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) The price would be written on the first page of thread. On WTS (someone want to sell something), a buyer want to buy something with CoD, the seller (=WTS's owner) can send the item to the buyer with CoD. On WTB (someone want to buy something), a seller want to sell something with CoD, the seller (=not WTB's owner) will send the item to the buyer with CoD. If you can't still understand, please let me know the exact link where you see "item sent CoD". I'll check it out. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) For example in this thread the second post says "Sent 10x with COD. Thanks." https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showt...147520&st=0So the guy is sending 10 items plus credits? I don't get it. No, the shop is WTB, not WTS. skywaterboy is buying "Noodly Appendage @55k" (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by Cats Lover: Feb 5 2014, 19:04

Ahhh, okay. Completely understand now. Thanks guys! My perception of it was that they have to send credits in addition to the items that were being sold. This post has been edited by darkx: Feb 5 2014, 19:04

basically it means that the person accept the price purposed by the seller/buyer (depending of the topic is a wtb or wts) and tell 'hey, instead of me sending a mail to you, and you sending a mail to me without any warranty, it will be sent only a mail in which who want to open it has to pay' or so... [edit] it doesn't matter, already explained it seems... This post has been edited by Scremaz: Feb 5 2014, 19:08

QUOTE(Colman @ Feb 5 2014, 17:57) According to my monster army, PL 651 will have 1 win per 3 days. Any PL below will have 1 win per a few weeks.
My Exq salvage give me around 10% HG materials.
so only the PL of the monster matters? or it needs specific stats boost? also, what's the best way to farm chaos tokens? my top monster got most of its PL from elemental crystals and still needs 30 for upgrades. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) If the monster cannot run into battle, there is no chance to have a win. So PL is the most important factor for win/day. After the PL is high enough, you can fully upgrade it to increase its chance to kill. Well, I do not have any monster reach that state yet so I cannot be sure how important is the chaos upgrades. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) All of mine stop at 651. This post has been edited by Colman: Feb 5 2014, 19:19

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) 1. Clear all the arenas to get bonus token drop. And grind as far as possible to get from normal monster drop. 2. Get Tokenizer Hath perk. But it may be very expensive. (I = 1000 Hath, II = 2500 Hath, III = 5000 Hath)

I am so poor right now so I may need to sell ED for cash (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) . BTW cat, have you fully forge your new rapier? Not yet, just 30 times forged. I have a long way to get it "full forged". (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Well, I feel no need to hurry, so I'm forging it 2~3 times a day. With gears, too.

A little question: what kind of set is best for IW? I've tried it with my 2H+heavy but that wasn't too convincing...

I've been having no luck with my 2H Shade setup at all since the last patch - I guess something was nerfed, I tried DW Shade with much better results. If you have a heavy set is it power or plate? If it's plate go with protection, power then slaughter, get a nice shield and try 1H - just be prepared to spend all day there as while it's safe it's slow. I've not tried DW-Heavy personally but it might be worth giving it a shot, just make sure you have of slaughter on your main hand and balance/slaughter on your offhand (I use slaughter on both). Best setup is a club on main and a rapier on the offhand so you get both stun and penetrated armor. Ethereal or elemental is pretty critical for extra damage. Ethereal and IW 10 for an elemental strike as well is best if you don't want to use infusions.

It's a heavy plate of protection set. (almost all magnificent) I have a shade set too but it's incomplete. I don't have the boots, and I can't buy them for now. Damn Luck of the draw training (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) I think I'll try the one hand to see if it works, I have this shield that I found at the bazaar: Exquisite Mithril buckler of the nimbleDon't know if it's good... By the way, I'm trying to IW this: Exquisite hallowed mace of slaughterI've already begun but I died so many times too... This post has been edited by boulay: Feb 5 2014, 21:22

i second that. my 2H weapon is a bit shitty, but the difference with DW is really visible... Force shield is a much better choice for 1H, e.g. a common force shield have much better block chance than buckler. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Well, this is my opinion from my experience as a "poor player" (I have 10 monsters with levels on average in 250-350 now, except my last two (current target, one of each kind!)). I side with the monster army scheme. PL is important but I'd say you only need to get them to at least PL 200 where they have the 2nd skill and morale rate drop is reduced. And you should get scavenger to 10% at least. There is not much difference between getting a kill every 3 days or every week. Monsters will deliver 1 gift minimum every 3 days, so PL is not that important for low budgets. Monster class has impact too. Raise the strong points of your monsters; you can forget about intelligence if it will never have a magical skill; and just think of it as raising your little army of melee players for stat points. The better part about monster lab is the gifts. Monsters will finance themselves their education and even yours. There are bindings and parts that you won't use if you are melee or mage and binding and material prices are high at the moment so it is the ideal moment to raise a monster army (happy pills are easy to get now too). Just be patient and your monsters will deliver things you won't never use and that you can sell or that you can use to fuel your monsters or your henjutsu training. You can just sell the ones that fetch a high price too, no problem. For what I have seen, the general consensus here is that forging "less than mag" things is a waste, but forging mag+ things requires high-grade material (only obtainable with high PL monsters or trade), so it's a good idea to sell materials as you see fit to fuel you monster lab and your training. Monster lab is an affordable "business" at the moment if you play regularly. It does work well for me. Just keep them fed and your slaves will bring back gold sooner or later. Time to go back to the sidelines (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
