QUOTE(Kagoromo @ Dec 23 2013, 12:50) Huh, I wonder what makes the differences then. Do you employ any "special tactic" in Hellfest to get that far? I remember you saying not using SS for the leather set but how about the heavy set?
I put SS in IA slot for heavy. SP will mostly run out at 9xx round, earlier if I do not feather a piece of armor (for higher critical rate). And sometime I die @ 9xx rounds. My tactic is, hit hit hit, permanence spirit stance, hit hit hit .......forever. When sp run out, T1 skill, T2 skill, T3 skill, hit hit hit, loop.

QUOTE(Kagoromo @ Dec 23 2013, 10:14) To all melee players who are able to clear Hellfest: How much PMI do you think is required for the job?
I did this with a non-shard'ed Heavy set that have an awesome PMI of 66.7% I used mace, though... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

QUOTE(Kagoromo @ Dec 23 2013, 14:58) You cheated with hath perks. Just look at them HP! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) B, But... I bought those perks ages ago solely to get the extra stats bonuses (i.e. for more atk rating = more dmg) and not for the stinking HP boost! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Seriously, though. I regret I bought those instead of the +5% dmg perk that cost 1000 hath, which of course became +10% dmg for 2000 hath instead... Anyone knows what the new "Scrap" materials are for? My guess is that they are for a future patch, in which we'll be able to create our own weapons using them.

I might have to guess X scraps = x/y high grade or x/z midgrade whatever. i think someone (Hitokiri) suggested this a while ago.

My opinion: I'm not bad. I've been told by others that "yes" would be the appropriate response... but this isn't the thread for that discussion anyway.

So I was gone for a few days for a trip, hope I didn't miss anything. @Kuro: Wow, you're already almost the same level as me, wonder how Ayperous is doing. Anyway, when I last checked like 3 days ago, there was someone asking for a way to solve the mousemelee + HVstat health warning problem. Well, I made a modified version of bettermelee a long time ago that solves the problem, I hope I upload the right version because it was dug it up from the recycle bin. Oh and rename the extension to .js please.

Does 100 prof in two-handed also increase range of skillshots?

I'm not aiming to Level Up any more. Due to my current schedule, I had to cut off a good amount of time I spend in HV. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) So no more IWBTH/BT-DW-Arena for me. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I'm back to being a Hell-Mage (To save time).

The range is static 5, regardless of proficiency. DW and niten, too. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Does the drop rate for different equipment types vary? For quite a while now, I've been getting far less 2H weapons and shields than anything else, and far too many Light Armors. The rare types in particular are striking, I get at least one piece of Shade armor per day, whereas Force shields come around once or twice per month.
