They were only talking about the xp from monsters of that item's world. Equipment doesn't give direct xp bonuses.

And question : is there any table\list of loot quality ? For sure, crude means the worst trash amongst all base equipment.

That's heavily a matter of opinion. Also, the level plays a large role, since as has been seen, lower level pieces never sell as well.

My opinion would be something like:

3.75 Shoes
4.25 Gloves
4.5-4.75 Cap
5.0-5.25 Pants
5.5-5.75 Robe

Lower level needs higher base.

Right now, my current Electric rating is 24% and I have a full set of elementalist gear, with an Elemental proficiency of 17 or so, and I am unable to one shot any mob with Chain Lightning, which is maxed out.

Do I need to get my Elemental proficiency up to be able to successfully one-shot mobs, and if so, at what proficiency will I be able to one-shot mobs, and how do I go about raising my proficiency up to that amount?

What is the difference between a Manbearpig in (early) Normal Grindfest and a Manbearpig in Normal Ring of Blood? I got 400 Fire Damage from Global Warming, how much would it be in Ring of Blood (in relation)?

It would be between 950 and 1200 damage in the Ring of Blood.

I found a Dalek in a Normal Item world on Round 26 of 32 and it's special attacks were dealing about 400-450 damage per critical hit, 325-350 per non-critical hit, and in the comparable Ring of Blood arena, those same attacks dealt between 750-900 normal hit and up to 1450 for a critical hit.

There's no certain"amount".
Capping proficiency is a must, same with rating, then get full elementalist, check the good stuff in the auctions from time to time and you can understand what's good elementalist gear, the get them.
A staff is also important, an ebony of destruction is normally the best option.

It's the same at round 50.(each round the mobs hit +1% harder)

I've already maxed out my Electric Rating that I can have at my level (24% (4% from aura, 20% from rating boost abilities)

Also, what variables affect the amount of damage Regen heals and the number of turns it lasts? Does Divine prof. affect it?

Also, in Item Worlds, damage starts at 50% like in the Grindfest and increases by 1% per round, right?

Does this increase continue past 100% starting in round 51 (e.g. 101% for round 51, 151% for Round 101?)

That doesn't say it's good staff or not, (usually it's needed the link or code to evaluate) but I can already say you can get better with a destruction staff.

That's very relative, and you know if your objective is to kill 1-shot all, ET is worthless for that job.

In got several "Fine" staffs good to keep and sell.
None of the dozens "superior" staffs I got were good, and several of them had the stats you're looking for. The high quality Prefix doesn't mean is good.
