Just like the people above me said, 2H is the easiest to pick up and will stay the easiest of all styles. Later on when you get a good estoc you don't even have to worry about mitigation, you'll hack them down before they can hit you. With a mace atleast 4-5 of them won't even get a turn most of the battle. People usually switch to Dual Wield for the last 3 arenas. 1H with a good force shield or barrier tower is very safe, but also very slow, you'll most likely see double or triple the amount of turns spend per round.

Ofcourse there's mage, they're even more glass-cannon-y than estoc and require more mental input into the game, but it clears in the least amount of turns. Whether or not it is the fastest depends on how many rounds per second you can do with melee.

Just cleared PFUDOR T&T which took me exactly one hour (not a single minute-off) with my main weapon enchanted holy/dark and it's ethereal.

Many people argue mace is good with shade (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I myself use it, and although dmg lacked compared to power, i can play... say, more like 1 handed.

I think mace have stuns which is already defensive so better to go with shade for more crit and as.

Mace is not considered useful in high difficult arenas anyway

It should be 5 hours worth, if I want to clear hell gf (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). BTW, elemental damage is less than bleeding damage.....
It seems sp is more important than mp for 1h

Have a feeling people underestimate mace. T1 proc -> SS -> T2 proc -> attack or turn off SS depending on the amount of leftovers. Then start next round with full OC again. Recharing OC with Mace is a piece of cake on Phudor since you won't take dmg.

In my opinion Mace is superior for Arena/low amount of rounds and Estoc for GF/high amount of rounds. Since Mace will require more mana pots but then again, I'm inexperienced

You should probably pack 7 mana and rest spirit. Bring a lot of Absorb scrolls if possible as well.

I think there is a better timing. Let's say there is only one last monster of the current round. Great cleave that monster then kill it with non-SS attacks to build up a bit of OC. If you can kill that last monster in under 3 turns, you will be able to get to next round, turn on SS and Shatter Strike at 1st turn. Heh, that's surprising, I use 7mana/3spirit and sometimes have a spirit over. It's probably either because I constantly keep 7 buffs up or I use Cure way more than you.

that's pretty much what I do with DW, charge T3 on this round, next round SS into T3 immediately. This is the perfect strategy for 5+ mob rounds. But sometimes my dmg is too high that I won't get a chance to recharge again. If using Mace, T3 is not so useful as the damage is not so great, I'd rather save OC for another T2 proc. So I personllay would only use T3 as a defensive measure

This is how I use best fit for me, mana to sp : they all godly pots (love Tenboro for making potions so abundant (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )

2h set : 3:1

1H set : 1:1

DW set : 3:1

Hybrid set : 3:1 (experimental)

staff proficiency set (heavy +staff) : all hp pots with one spirit

I do use more mana pots in other sets. (above are placed in order of proficiency, meaning I main 2H so far)
