if he max levels all his (legendary if possible) gears why not? ^^

I know I'll need more levels, hence more stats = dmg ,hp evade, crit bullabulla, but I'm going to give it a try BT DwD at level 300.

The value is "magic regen" of character screen, per minute off-battle. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If you want to know rate per turn, divide the value by 15.
ex) magic regen = 28, rate per turn = 1.87

In case of spirit, you should divide "spirit regen" by 30.
ex) spirit regen = 10, rate per turn = 0.33

I'm not an expert yet but I can tell you this for sure

for RE the best strategy would be unlocking Manehattan Project hath perk and owning enough pony figurines and use the Orbital Friendship Cannon. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
