varst has one with 102. I personally grind in 117. And by grind I mean grind profs.
Two reasons, first is figuring out quality. Second is that IW exp and damage is ≃ (PXP-100)/250.

I've done light armor dual weild, with an axe in main hand for ages. I'm justing using kevlar armor with high mitigation, and keep regen on myself, since it seems to get more health per mana. Iris strike and backstab are nice for tougher foes, especially when charged with spirit stance. I'm still trying to figure out how frenzied strikes works, it seems kinda variable in how much it'll hit.

I've had the same 4 deprecating spells for ages, I think the minimum prof. for sleep is 10. As for blind, I'll be able to see if it's 30, or even higher soon.

Does monster class makes a particular mob more dangerous than others? E.g. Mechanoid & Beast are worse than Humanoid but lesser than Sprites, Dragonkin & Elemental?

for me , mobs that can hit hard with magic is more annoying coz their Special atk eat more SP than melee mobs like giants or humanoid (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Hover over the link in HV, and press the c key. Make sure popups are enabled for hentaiverse.

QUOTE(piyin @ Jul 15 2013, 14:25) wut? remember im a idiot as Ichy stated...
When you grind proficiencies, regardless of which proficiency you want to grind, you essentially want the mobs you face to have {a} very high HP, so that they can take the punishment you dish out in the process of grinding your profs and {b} very low ATK, so that you don't have to burn MP healing all the time, which detracts from grinding. For the former, that's what IWBTH is for, and for the latter, having a shitty quality equip is what makes mobs at IWBTH wimps. QUOTE(hujan86 @ Jul 15 2013, 15:16) I can relate to that. ??? Shouldn't SS take care of that?

QUOTE(Lement @ Jul 14 2013, 01:03) I love that pic and generally agree that people should read the wiki more instead of asking everything here, but you know wiki is wrong on this topic, so you posting that is no longer helpful but harmful.
@Lunarika: Salvaging returns you 1 low to high-grade material depending on the item quality and chance(generally, only exquisites and above have any decent chance for High grade mat) and if the item is forged 80% of the bindings and materials used in forging, rounded down, and increasing with forge level up to 90%.
The wiki is correct with all the information we know. If you ask a question because you think it's wrong, people can say why it's incorrect or how; instead of ignoring the information and that we know it's there. In all but the spell level/proficiency the questions were answered in the wiki, and as far as spells, we can really only guess and collect info. Asking for new information just isn't gona be answerable.

Eh, there's no point. People will refuse to read stuff that is RIGHT IN FRONT of their faces. Joe's posting that RTFM pic will do nothing but wave a monochrome flag at angry bulls.

There's also no point when updated information is ignored and the wiki is left missing that kind of data.

To be fair to Joe, we are expecting to get all of the level/proficiency unlock data baked into the interface in 0.77, so he's not too keen on updating that list without knowing exactly when it unlocks, especially since we don't know the exact mechanics behind the unlocks. It could be pure prof, or prof + level, or pure level for some spells, or any of the above, we just don't know. It could well be that you get spell X at 70 deprecating, OR 50 Deprecating and level 150, OR level 200. To be fair to you, he is being a bit. . . erm. . . overly terse about it. Edit: To compound our lack of knowledge, we know Tenboro has made some tweaks behind the scenes, especially in the immediate aftermath of the patch. The only thing we know he's changed prof requirements on is curative/supportive stuff, but again, it makes it very difficult to confirm anything.
